Exceeded my expectations! Priced appropriately compared to other properties in the area. Extremely clean rooms, laundry on site , fitness area that was perfect and had an amazing view of red rock.

Breakfast is amazing and the menu rotates each day. Pool and hot tub is clean and well maintained. There is a gym with sufficient equipment and is also very clean. Customer service was great and will definitely return. Great location too, many restaurants down the road and great views of the red rocks. Parking is extra but lots of spacea available. Housekeeping is every second day.

We enjoyed our week stay at Residence Inn. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars was that I was disappointed in the $25 daily parking fee. We felt that it was excessive and not necessary to charge for a regular/standard, open-air, self-parking lot. Other than that, it was wonderful!

It is just far enough outside of the main part of town that it seems quieter. Great location next to a trail shuttle stop and the Red Rock Loop rd. Fully equipped kitchenette with frig, microwave and dishwasher. I would stay here again

Bad sofa mattress
Very clean room but sofa bed needs to be replaced. We slept on the metal spring of the mattress on that sofa bed. No noise barriers at all. Our room was right next to the gate and utility closet. We could hear gate open n close and people upstairs. For the price we paid for and $25 parking, We don't recommend it

The staff was friendly and courteous. Marissa made our check in process very easy. The property was spotless and our room was very clean! We stayed in a suite, very big and roomy. The only thing that I would recommend would be to put a dressing table in the bathroom along with a trash can.

My whole family loved it there, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff running it were so kind. The property was lovely and sunsets there were so nice. We were very close to a lot of attractions and shopping. We were sad to leave, next time we go to the Grand Canyon we will stay in Sedona and drive the 2 hours just to stay here again. 10 out of 10!
