Sedona Spring break

My family and I had a great stay during our spring break excursion from Zion to Scottsdale. The house was very comfortable, quiet, and accommodating for our family of 5! I would recommend this property to any family of 5 or less.

Sweet Spot

Overall great location. Perfect short stay. Caught us off guard that the garage was renovated into a huge room & bathroom, that was awesome. House was stocked up & clean. Would recommend staying here. But had a little bit of difficulty getting service & contact from host.

Girl's trip

We stayed with 4 ladies for a girls trip. The house was perfect! It's very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of space, was comfortable, and very cute! The living room couch is a sectional which isn't pictured and was much appreciated! We were comfortable hanging out there each evening. The location of the house is perfect. It's right in the middle of everything. We hiked, shipped, and are at many restaurants, everything was about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this property

This property was perfect for our 3 couples. Location was 1.2 miles from all the downtown Sedona shopping and had tons of grocery stores etc near by. Up to date decor and we slept like babies. Loved our stay here and highly recommend this property.

Master Bedroom issues

First let me say the house is beautiful, clean, quiet street and great location. Here are my suggestions: The master bedroom is very large. This was the original garage so it is very large. The outside has a garage door, as does the inside of the bedroom. Actually very cool looking. The door has been disabled so it can't roll up. A BIG issue is the original garage door windows face the east. And when the sun comes up at 5:30 in the morning the sun starts shining in VERY EARLY. The curtains that are there are only sheers. I suggest putting blackout curtains on the side to block the eaarly morning sun. The glass "door" in the master bathroom I'd suggest to replace with a full glass enclosure with a sliding door. Never did get the TV to work. TOO many remotes and directions are not clear. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you.

Wonderful home in a central spot

This was a fantastic stay! Me and my friends came for a wedding and the home was within walking distance which was wildly convenient. On top of this, we were three couples so it was very nice for each of us to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms so we could get ready separately. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet with driveway and street parking. The backyard with meditation walk was a nice addition for additional relaxation that we used more than expected. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Could not recommend more for your stay in Sedona.

Quiet, clean, comfortable getaway

The property is located in a neighborhood just far enough off of AZ-89A to be a quiet retreat and close enough to be a moment away from civilization. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Plenty of room for the two of us. (With three bedrooms and the size of the place, it could certainly accommodate several more.) The largest bedroom is a converted garage (which I didn't even realize was a converted garage at first!). It is a step down from the kitchen and is set up as a master suite with its own bathroom. Really feels like it's own "wing." There is a comfortable living room area and a lovely back porch with overhang. The back yard contains a stone labyrinth - walking it each morning was a great way to wake up, and I was greeted by a jackrabbit in the yard one day. Our host was very friendly and responsive to correspondence during our stay, including lots of tips for local activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
