Neighborhood description
There's no better location to be right in the action than in Cap Hill. Everything you want in Seattle is within walking distance. The light rail station is just 1/2 mile away and will take you from the Airport all the way to the University of Washington.

This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis!

Cap Hill is known for the Seattle nightlife, bars, clubs, and some of the best Seattle restaurants in the area. During the day time, you can find laid-back coffee shops to just spend your sunny Seattle summers or cozy Seattle rainy winters.

Roof top for the win
The hosts have created a welcoming, clean and light space. There are a lot of stairs (each room is on a different level), but once you reach the roof top patio, it is completely worth it. A quiet space with a great view to enjoy coffee or cocktails with a book or good friends. Close to lots of restaurants and other fun attractions. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our stay.

Everything was perfect! Especially appreciate how clean it was, I'm a bit of germaphobe. Location was awesome, the view from the rooftop patio was great. The only cauton I'd point out is that if you have mobility issues... there's a ton of stairs.

Quiet and convenient Capital Hill townhouse
My adult daughter and I stayed here while we explored the Capital Hill area of Seattle. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to “where the action is” in Capital Hill, about 10-15 minutes to the restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc, but we appreciated that it was in a quiet residential neighborhood, given how late the bars are open in Capital Hill. It was nice to relax and put our feet up at the end of the day. The townhouse is simply furnished, but the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked.

Beautiful modern townhouse
My brother in law and I stayed there for three nights. We each had our own bedroom with an ensuite each. Very convenient location to stay if you’re there to watch sports. Great hosts and great property!
