Management was rude and arrogant. Their tech wasn’t working upon check-in for the hundred dollar deposit and then instead of texting or calling me the next day they just decided to lock me out of my room which was rather unpleasant after working a 13 hour day. Furthermore, the number of homeless people just outside the hotel is truly shocking. In the hundreds.

Great place for our quick overnight stay in Seattle. Room was clean and comfy. Loved having a delicious breakfast to-go place right next door. (Pre-order online to avoid the long lines!) Perfect location for a morning walk to Pike Place Market. Lastly, we felt relatively safe when we arrived to check in at midnight. Of course we used common sense to be aware of our surroundings in Downtown Seattle. So glad we chose Belltown Inn - great value and great location to walk to sights!

The bed linens were visibly soiled and the pillow cases were covered in someone else’s hair. Besides the room being dirty, it was a good place to stay since it’s close to a lot of things.

Staff was awesome. Close to many popular spots. There were a lot of homeless people around which made it less enjoyable, but there wasn’t much the hotel could do. It was overall a great place!
