This open concept space on the main floor has a great kitchen with modern countertops and stainless steel appliances. This flows directly to the dining area, plus stools at the breakfast counter.

Continuing from the dining area is the living room, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (very comfortable mattress!), DirectTV and a DVD player.

There is a full-size washer dryer available for your use on the upper level of the home.

Great location and very clean
Annual trip to watch our alma mater play an away game. We chose this property because we heard about Ballard. Very cool neighborhood with a ton of great food and drink. We were able to walk to many restaurants. The host is attentive and communicative. The home is spacious and clean. Parking is a bit tricky if you have a larger vehicle. Thank you!

Fantastic location
The property was clean and tidy. We located the property quickly and found street parking (the garage is a tight squeeze; nothing more significant than a Prius could fit in that spot). The property finishing was OK but not high-end (mostly IKEA). The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown Ballard and the Farmers Market. We'd definitely stay there again. Bring your own coffee :-) None was left in the house.

Great location and property in Ballard
This was a great property, impeccably furnished with a great location in Ballard. I stayed here while working for the week in Ballard. It was super clean and felt like home. I highly recommend if you're looking a spacious property on your visit to Seattle.

Great location—comfortable condo
Small garage entry/exit space as reported by other previous renters, but we were fine. Had a Volvo 40SUV… I wouldn’t recommend anything bigger. Floors in bathrooms and kitchen were sticky but we wiped them down with warm water and light soap. TV worked well. Condo well-stocked and furnished. Laundry was easy to use. Loved having the garage clicker to come and go. Location is great for running all over Seattle! 10 minutes to Woodland Zoo, 15 minutes to Seattle Center and Pike Market.

This property was spacious with two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are stairs up to the apartment and to the bedroom floor, but that was clearly stated in the description. The apartment is well stocked and well situated in a quiet neighborhood that appeared very safe. The view out the front windows was of a lovely, large Japanese maple tree changing colors for fall. The location can’t be beat-just a few blocks from downtown Ballard. Can’t wait to book again!

The listing price was $218 per night. All said and done the cost was $503. NICE!! I often felt that the communication with the property managers was being run by AI. Many of the responses were generic and not pertaining to what was being asked. The entrance combination was a bit tricky and not logical and when I texted (which was preferred?) about this the response was quick and useless. The place itself was fine. Good luck getting your car in the garage.

Great young family or muti young couple property.Easy walk to Market Street and Ballard Ave Garage just fits a Chevy Equinox or similar with some care and maneuvering with direction from another.not a fit for older or individuals with a mobility issues due to 2 flights of stairs.

Comfortable family type accommodation
I enjoyed my stay overall. Parking in the garage was challenging I rented a Chevy equinox it barely fit with some maneuvering and help directing me in. Multiple stairs Main living area and powder room on 2nd floor 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. If you have any kind of mobility issues it's not a good fit. Great kitchen for cooking family meals. Some Street construction going on during my stay which is happening all over Ballard.

The house was clean and the perfect size for our visit. Unlike some other rentals, the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary amenities. It's also perfectly nestled just outside of the Ballard beer district.

Great locations
Can’t argue it’s a killer location. The one complaint we have is the master bedroom mattress & pillows were absolutely terrible. Our other guest told us her room was great and even had a pillow topper lol. So sounds like it was just our room. Other than that, we loved it! Seattle summers with no AC is common for homes but they had fans, good cross breeze. The location was to die for. Definitely recommend this place. We do hope they will change out the mattress and pillows before we return though lol.

This was a great place and location to stay at. Neighborhood is very quiet. If you are renting a car during your stay, pick a car that is no bigger than a Hyundai Kona and you'll have no problem parking it in the garage.

A lovely place for remote work
My spouse and I were in town for a family birthday event, and needed a place to stay where we could both work remotely during the week. This place was perfect, a quiet, well maintained townhouse where we could both work and have space for us to have meetings. Parking was a bit sporty - there wasn't much in the way of street parking, but our mid-sized car was able to fit in the garage with some clever maneuvering and no free space, but on the whole, we could not have been happier. The hosts were responsive to questions and the remote access was perfect for us to get in late on the first night without needing to arrange a meetup.

Spacious townhouse in the heart of Ballard
We only stayed one night for an event in town, however would definitely stay here again! Very nice, clean, everything as described. The main floor is open, comfortable, and a great gathering space. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Highly recommended!

One night in Seattle for a concert
This was a great place to stay for one night but would be even better for a longer visit. It is spacious and super clean. The hosts are very responsive. The kitchen is huge and has everything you would need. Ballard is great - good restaurants and we really enjoyed a quick visit to the Locks. One thing to note: as they say in their check in instructions: the garage is not intended for larger vehicles. We have a Honda Odyssey and it is too big for the garage. Overall a great place to stay!
