Amazing clean hotel 20 minutes from Seattle. Loved the convenient, safe parking garage attached to the hotel. All staff were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!!

All went smoothly and they had available the extra things we asked for - a chair and a blanket. Breakfast was very good. Hot ton… meh.. the keys were not strong at all :( but the service was excellent throughout our stay.

The property felt safe and had ample parking available at no charge. Even covered parking. It was quiet and safe. The hot tub and pool were in good working condition, but such a strange spot to have the pool and hot tub facing the parking garage and entrance/parking area of the hotel so everyone can see the people in the pool and hot tub and vice versa, not much privacy in that regard. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the morning breakfast was vast and delicious with many options, and all were made well, didn't taste like any eggs from a carton, all fresh and the hot food was kept hot for guests. My family enjoyed our breakfast and the Staff assisting at breakfast a lot, they all seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and were in good moods. The channels offered were also appreciated, they even had HBO available at no extra charge. Comfortable king bed as well. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

I've stayed here before and loved it. This time around our roomed smelled so badly of pickles. It was the oddest thing. The staff tried their best to offer solutions but ultimately couldn't move us so it was disappointing.

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location is near to where we need to go like our favorite restaurants Tianfu Bellevue and Sun Sun Wah Seafood Restaurant. We will definitely come back.

I’d stay again
The hotel was easy check in. Expected a king room and got a surprise with a suite with mini kitchen. Eastgate bus station is behind the hotel, easy 20 min ride downtown. Other reviews had me worried about transient zombies but it had to be competitors reviews. This is near a highway but the neighborhood and property are well kept. Breakfast included, all staff were friendly. Downtown Seattle is sketchy, this was a better option.
