Cleanliness is ok but the condition of some room facilities needs constant inspection. Situation: my daughter was trapped in the shower room because the rubber seal on the glass door is in poor state causing it to jam so tightly that it is not able to open . Fortunately, l was able to hear her call for help and had to call service manager to get maintenance crew to force open the door. A very embarrassing situation.

I get the impression the business has changed hands or restructured. Dont get me wrong staff are friendly but less accomodating than all my many other visits.

Room a little small but its comfortable. Bathroom is small to move around freely but clean. Breakfast included is good with lots of choices. Shuttle bus provided was a plus to go around the city.

Great Stay in a great location.
Lovely stay, opted for a view over the racecourse which didn’t disappoint, the staff were very welcoming and made sure the stay was special. Would stay again.

Good location, not too far from major attractions. Good breakfast with many options. The shuttle allowed us to visit different areas very easily. I appreciated the laundry facilities in the hotel; it was quite affordable but quite busy so there was a bit of a wait but early morning was OK.

Great location and nice hotel staff! We had a queen bed room, but our room was smaller than expected though it was clean and had all what we needed! So if someone wants a larger room, better make sure one knows the square feet!

Family trip.
First night was terrible, as they could not provide me the room which i paid for in advance. Cleaning was not very good as the floors in the bedroom and toilet was still dirty. Towels had some blond hair strands attached. The water pressure in my room was very weak, so takes awhile to have a proper shower. But apart from these points, i do love the aircon in the room and breakfast was nice as i did pay extra to upgrade my room. And i do like my view from the window.

The first day we landed, we couldn't check in even tho we pre check in online. Just to find out our original queen bed room was still occupied. They can only offer us twin bed room with single beds and want us to check out the next day at 11am and re check in again at 3pm. I ask them about the luggage they offer the moving luggage service but got us to sign a form which explains any lost and damage they will not compensate which I thought it wasn't fair. After a long progress of conversation explaining how inconvenient for us, they let us stay in our temporay rooms until our original rooms were ready for us which was like after 3pm the next day. Except for the slight bad experience from the beginning overall everything was great. The lady that did our house keeping on our level 16 was great. She was lovely and very polite. The breakfast buffet was nice, food was fresh and was slightly different everyday. The manager and staff was very friendly.

The location is great - right opposite the tram station for better access to some other happening places such as Central/Causeway Bay. The free shuttle to and fro the key stations is a great plus! Its an eco friendly hotel with some nice views of the racecourse. Overall a comfortable stay - The food options for Vegetarians are limited though.

It is in a great location. We had no troubles at all whilst there. Staff friendly and prompt when we asked for help. We had a lovely room and big enough for 2 adults. Great shower. I did not notice the traffic noise outside. The buffet could be spaced out a bit more, it can get cramped when a lot of people are up getting food and coffee all at once. Maybe a bigger bar fridge in the room would be great, u can not put much in it. We will come back and stay again for our next visit.

Good, But Not Great.
We were on a late flight, so we arrived at the hotel near midnight. They gave us 2502, the top floor. The room was small and dated, but comfortable. But the room must have been under the main a/c, b'cos the humming was so loud that even my ear phones couldn't drown out the sound. We got switched the next day to a lower floor for the rest of our stay. But they gave us a room in the back that faces an old cemetery. I'm not superstitious, but for those ppl who are, pls be aware. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but thank goodness they have a shuttle service to the most popular places. We didn't go to the buffet breakfast, b'cos there were other choices locally. But be careful, the homeless in the underpass beside the hotel are scary. Overall, you get what you pay for, but location to tourist spots was a big compromise.
