Fantastic hotel and superb staff who made the stay very enjoyable. The location is nice and quiet, but a little out of the way if you want to get around HK by public transport. Would still highly recommend this hotel if you have some time free in HK, there is a free shuttle available for easy access to and from the airport

The overall service of the hotel is good and the room is clean and tidy, and the laundry room inside the hotel is very user-friendly and convenient. Although it is not near any MTR station, I still recommend this hotel.

My wife and my kids stayed for one night. We stayed in this property before and it's a very good hotel. You can take the tram to the nearest MTR station (Wan Chai). The tram station is right across the hotel. Also, the beds are comfortable as well.

Do not have any expectations!
The hotel provides shuttle to causeway bay MTR which is probably the only plus point. But if you miss the shuttle, you will have to walk at least 15 minutes to the MTR. The worst is when my daughter had food poisoning on second day after eating the breakfast provided at the hotel and we had to send her to a clinic to get a jab to stop her vomiting and diarrhoea! I feedback to the hotel, the guy took down my room number and that’s it. Overall, the experience is average. Will I return to this hotel, probably NO!
