I had the worse experience with all the staff. They didn't clean up the room, and overall cleanliness was off since I got to the room, so I was expecting to get it clean the next day.

We paid 45$ for the parking garage but it was worth it to be able to pull up and hand the keys to the valet. Parking in Seattle is no joke!

Kiana was great in making our family of 4 feel welcomed. Our 3 y/o left her cat stuffy in the lobby and it was brought up to our room with a hand-written card and 2 cute balloon hearts.

Nice hotel, no need to walk too long to the elevators. Close to Chinatown, a 15 minute walk. Old hotel but well maintained. Clean and quiet (someone knocked something on the door at 3:35 am!). Good rate also. Would stay there again.
