This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home approximately 1880 sqft with a flat entrance. The basement is a separate rental with a completely different entrance, and the two rentals share the laundry room & detached gym in the backyard.
Note that the home is located right by I-5. During the day, there is considerable noise in the home especially in the living room and dining room areas. The noise is also noticeable in the top floor bedroom with the twin beds as that bedroom faces I-5. The two bedrooms on the main floor are quieter. We provide ear plugs for guests who are sensitive to noise.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• There is no dedicated parking for this home. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking and the space is usually quite available.
• Please be aware that the basement is a separate rental and might be occupied by other guests. The shared facilities include the laundry room & detached gym in the backyard.
• This home is right by I5 as mentioned above, and you will hear highway noise. We provide earpug for use if you are sensitive to noise.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
