Great location for shopping 🛍️ & places to enjoy good food. Very clean, friendly staff, nice size rooms. No weekend maid service. Parking garage daily fee $30. I would stay here again.

When I stay in Bellevue this is my favorite property, as I can park in the below parking when I arrive, then take a brisk walk to both business meetings and restaurants/bars without having to negotiate the challenging parking condition of downtown Bellevue. And with all the towers going up its only acerbating the parking dilemma.

As a business traveler I’ve been to dozens of Courtyard Marriotts; this is by far the nicest, most upscale I’ve ever seen. The gym is massive! The lobby immaculate! Staff are fantastic (whatever you do be sure to stop by the bar and talk to Michael while sampling his famous Mai Tai) What else you ask? - Free ebike’s to use! - The breakfast buffet is $24 bucks but includes fresh cut fruit, an omelet chef and everything you could possible want - The nicest downtown of any city I’ve ever seen. Not one piece of litter - anywhere - Bellevue is close to Seattle proper but a world apart. The not so good? This is a super expensive area. How do you say? There’s a Prada and an Hermes store across the street 👀. Be prepared to pay a premium to eat or drink.
