The most comfortable and economical two-bedroom place you will find in Seattle. It is a basement unit in a triplex that features kitchenette, three large beds, two televisions, and laundry facilities.

It's a short 5 min walk to to great Fremont shops, 20 min to downtown by bus -- or a $10 Uber will get you there in 15 min!

Enjoy the Seattle nights in private outdoor area.

Besides the indoor space, the outdoor space is a great area to hang on a warm Seattle summer day!

There is laundry in shared space and is $4.00 per load. If the laundry is used without payment, we will add $15.00 convenience charge per load to your airbnb reservation.

A short 5 min walk to quirky and fun Fremont, and a 15 minute bus ride away from Pikes Place and downtown make this a great area from which to base your Seattle adventure.

28x bus stop is a block away, many other buses within a 5 minute walk.
Lyft and Uber will pick you up within 5 minutes and can get you downtown in 10.

Bedrooms do not have doors (only hanging curtains). There is a refrigerator and toaster, but no stove. Extended stays (4 weeks or longer) require regular cleanings by our cleaners.

All personal items must be stored in the unit. The laundry room and outside patio are not reserved for guests and items may be removed at anytime if they are left here.

Disclosed pets are welcome for an additional pet fee.
House Rules:
Pets (when applicable)
- Pets count toward the total number of adult guests. Include them in both adult count AND pet counts.
- Please keep your pet leashed and take them to use the bathroom OUTSIDE the fenced area. The tree lawn near the street on Greenwood and by the trashcans on Bowdoin are great close spots. Of course, please pick up your dog poop.
- An extra $175 fee (per pet) will be billed -- be aware that Airbnb only automatically adds a fee for 1 pet
- Reservation change fee of $75 for changes including late checkout or early check-in (subject to availability)
- Excessive cleaning will be billed, including a smoking cleaning fee of $100. This includes leaving butts on the porch our outside area.
- Laundry is $4.00 per load and in a shared space. Detergent is included. (Mcvap-enterprises)
- No shoes on the carpet/rugs
- This is a 100+-year-old house in a fantastic location. We do our very best to maintain cleanliness and quality. We do allow cleaners with long hair and pets, and occasionally one may encounter a hair or two during your stay. We do not provide refunds for errant hairs.
- When using stairs, please try to tread lightly for your neighbors.

Garbage
- Please separate your garbage. Please use a separate, non plastic, bag for recycling, or no bag, just dump it in the blue bin
- Compost can be put in brown paper garbage bags and goes in the green bin

If something isn't right or you are missing something, please let us know ASAP. We will aim to make things right during your stay. In the laundry room, we have backups of most supplies and can often solve problems on the spot.

Overall was just what i needed for my surgical procedure. Parking was the only issue. I did pay extra for the parking spot, however if you move someone is blocking you almost immediately. Thanks!! Jeff

Pros: Good location. Quiet. Nicely appointed. Affordable. Minimal but functional kitchen. Cons: bathroom not built for tall humans. No fan or AC and no screens to open windows. Entry way area in mid-remodel with exposed insulation and water heaters. Numerous personal items left throughout the space. It is absolutely functional but feels like a college apartment. Carrying full size luggage in and out was challenging due to layout of entry path. Felt comfortable and slept well. Street parking was free and within a block of the apartment. Coffee shops and restaurants and grocery nearby.
