When we arrived in our room, the television didn’t work so the front desk sent a a very helpful person to assist. Apparently the previous guest had unplugged everything in order to use his gaming console. The problem was fixed , however no guarantee that it would stay working, so we were given an upgrade to a suite!! Excellent service!! Would recommend.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I found the room to be a good size and the furniture in decent condition. The carpets were worn and dirty. The bathroom (tub and shower) was also showing its age. The bed was comfy. Our room was next to the stairs and we were woken several times during the night by the doors to the stairs slamming shut. The staff were friendly and people seemed to enjoy the breakfast.

Good but unlikely to stay here again
Good hotel: clean, quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. I probably won't stay here again because upon check in there was an unpleasant odor emanating in the lobby area which was there into the evening. I think its to do with one or two of the staff not exercising proper hygiene.

The pool has way to much chlorine it makes you cough and hard to breath. Also the way the tv boxes are installed makes it very difficult to get the remote to work, you have to stand at the side of the tv for the remote to work
