Awful. Room not as advertised. No windows, broken bed and fan. Very depressing environment. We didn't end up actually staying here, but could not find anyone to tell them we were leaving. Dreadful.

A minha hospedagem, junto com a minha irmã Rose,foi Excelente! O Marcelo,foi muito Atencioso; Gentil e Prestativo! Embora,eu tenha ido, para um tratamento médico, nós amamos o conforto e o silêncio do quarto, que também dispunha de cobertores e edredons.E o banheiro privativo,era muito espaçoso! Nós sentimos em casa,pois era próximo de ótimas padarias; farmácias e restaurantes! A Ana, também foi muito Atenciosa; simpática e prestativa! Pena que não conheci a Alexandra (só pelo Wapp), mas voltaremos em breve,com certeza!

Adorei a pousada ,foi muito bem atendido pela senhorita Alexandra que me aguardou depois do horario ,suite muito confortavel e limpa , tem uma pequena cozinha para fazer refeicao , nao tem cafe da manha como descrito no site mas me deram um kit da bauduco muito , boa localizacao e recomendo

Localização ótima e bom custo-benefício.
A recepção foi ótima, tive atraso, mas me aguardaram gentilmente para o check-in. O quarto era pequeno, mas bastante confortável e limpo.

O que mais incomodou foi o forte cheiro de naftalina no quarto. E o armário que as gavetas estavam quebradas. De resto tudo ótimo, cama, banheiro, frigobar, chuveiro. Acho que poderiam oferecer troca de toalha aos hóspedes. Recomendo para 1-2 dias.

Estadia Frustrante
Já fiquei na Pousada West em outras ocasiões, dessa vez fiquei em um quarto péssimo. Muito pequeno, sem ventilação. O banheiro coletivo desde o dia que cheguei (na última sexta 15) ele estava em péssimas condições e assim continuou até a data pelo qual fizemos check-out, ontem. Certamente será a última vez que fiquei hospedado no hostel. ~ ontem quando saímos tive que entrar em contato com um dos responsáveis pelo hostel, pois nosso carro estava no estacionamento ao lado e não havia ninguém no hostel, para abri-lá. As fotos da apresentação do quarto não condiz em nada com o mesmo. Enfim, foi frustrante.

Preço baixo, excelente localização, sem recepção
Foi tranquilo, na chegada tivemos que ligar no celular do responsável, pois, não há recepção, aguardamos alguns minutos e uma pessoa veio abrir a porta. O quarto é o suficiente para uma boa noite de sono, apesar que não tinha ar condicionado.

Minha estadia foi de 2 noites e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar na Pousada West. O hotel é bem localizado e apesar das instalações serem simples, elas são limpas e confortáveis. As pessoas são simpáticas e me atenderam muito bem. A pousada também proporciona comodidade em relação a horários de chegada ou saída, o que ajuda quando não temos horário previsto para sair ou voltar.
