Upon arriving we were greeted with a refreshing and delicious glass of lemonade. Staff immediately welcomed us to the hotel and provided a snapshot of everything there is to do on the island, providing suggestions of things for us to do during our holiday. Truthfully the reception we received from staff was the highlight of our stay, but the hotel itself is beautiful. Situated in a quieter part of the island, Aurora Luxury Suites truly is a hidden gem. The room we were assigned to was perfect for our stay - a comfortable bed, air conditioning, space to relax, and plenty of amenities that all helped to make our holiday that much better. Plus, it was only a few steps away from the pool which was very convenient! The pools were a great way to cool down in the heat and the sun loungers were very comfortable. Accompanied by a complimentary towel from the poolside bar, we spent much of our holiday lounging around and basking in the sun. We also took full advantage of the hotel restaurant and complimentary shuttle buses to Fira and Oia, which allowed us to see so much of the island without having to pay for any additional transport. For this we are so thankful. All in all, Aurora Luxury Suites is an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting Santorini, and I could not recommend it enough!

We had a very pleasant stay at Aurora Suites. The staff could not do enough for their guests, they was very accommodating. My only negative which is why I am dropping one star, is the food during the day, A snack menu is operated, which is adequate for sitting sitting by the pool. But in the evening they run the same menu, which is contrary to their website. It describe the food as gastronomic with extremely misleading pictures. Either the website needs amending or they need to adjust the menu for the evening. This was disappointing for us which meant we used the free shuttle to Oia to eat out. In the grand scale of things and the rest of of the facilities they offer it’s not a major issue. But I think they are missing a trick because if they updated their menu for the evening, for a more sit fine dinning experience it would capitalise on their guest staying there to eat. It does not need to be a large menu just some key Greek dishes done well.

The staff were absolutely incredible. So helpful and no ask was too big and being alone with my toddler daughter they made me feel at such ease and not a burden at all. Simply they were just so lovely. The transport included with the hotel made all the difference and made getting to the “main attractions” really easy and cost effective. The hotel itself was also super clean and gorgeous !

Aurora, we highly recommend this gorgeous resort with beautiful scenery and people. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are lovely, clean, and super comfy. They have a fantastic bartender, George, who we loved when we met him and Angelique. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had selected the best and can't wait to return to this paradise. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. The owner and staff are the best on the island. Until next time my husband and I are already planning our next trip.

Wait staff amazingly friendly. Good service but could have been a bit more proactive with service at the pool. WiFi dreadful wonderfully quiet setting but only 10 minutes from the town and all its crazy busy tourist spots. Umbrellas didn’t tilt so not a lot of shade on offer at different times of the day

We had a lovely stay at Aurora, the staff there really made it special. Room was immaculate and refreshed daily. Lovely pool area with plenty of seating areas. The complimentary breakfast was a real treat ! The only downside was the property wasn’t walking distance to either Oia or Thira and seemed a bit isolated. However they combat this with offering free shuttle which was amazing! We had free transfers from the port and to the airport which was also so good! Great recommendations from the driver too. Overal we really enjoyed our stay and would deffo return

I would recommend staying at this place 100 times!! They were very communicative about flight details & had someone waiting at the airport to take my bag & transport me straight to the hotel. He was very knowledgeable about the island and super friendly. I was welcomed with a drink & check in was uneventful. The room was right off from the pool, which was nice. Pretty spacious & clean. The cleaning woman came every morning, was quick, efficient & so sweet! I love that the complimentary, air conditioned shuttle runs every day with drop off & pick up routes into Fira & Oía, which save TONS on transportation cost. Nick, the driver was so AMAZING!! The entire staff are like family & will help you with anything that they can. I met great people & had the best time here!

What an AMAZING experience! The staff were all fantastic. Particularly, Nicholas, George and Angelina were accommodating, attentive, talkative, welcoming and provided superlative customer experience. I cannot fault them at all. The resort is quite remote, which I found to be quite nice for relaxing and getting away from the noise of a more busy area of the island. While it is remote, the resorts free shuttle bus service to Fira and Oia provided excellent opportunities to go to shops and explore the rest of the island. They also provide free shuttle bus to and from the airport. With the resort being quite remote, unless you were in Fira or Oia the only food options is the hotel kitchen. This isn’t a problem as the food is great quality with variety. I would recommend eating out in Fira or Oia sometimes though to get a wider experience. Would I come here again? Absolutely. It’s luxury without the heinous price tag.

This resort is absolutely stunning. We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of our trip and we loved every bit of it. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was so kind and welcoming.
