Handy to have the hotel between the International and Domestic terminals. Friendly front desk, waiters, housekeepers.

I booked this room in July for an Oct stay. Then plans changed a week later and I tried to cancel. But I had evidently, accidentally used the "no refund" choice. So they wouldn't let me cancel. I explained mistake and it was 3-months in advance. But they would not budge.

Despite being at the airport, rooms were quite soundproof. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were all pleasant and very accommodating. All staff at the front desk were fluent in English. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend staying here.

When you reserve a hotel near airport especially like this hotel, which is on the airport ground, you tend to compromise the quality of hotel with the convenience. This was not the case with the Holiday Inn Santiago - Airport Terminal. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Despite of being on the airport ground, the airplane noise did not bother us. We ate a late snack at their lobby bar. They had a good selection of food and drinks. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel.

Excellent location; however the room was a let down. Upon entry to the room, there was a very strong musty smell, the condition of the shower frame / door panels appeared extremely run down. Power point was loose and hanging off the wall. A/C was too noisy to be left on. As an overnight traveller arriving from late flights, getting early flights the following morning, these small details matter for quality sleep.
