We liked the property and the staff. Very helpful staff, the hotel was clean, breakfast was excellent (not like a five-star restaurant, but lots of delicious options), and the room was quiet and the overall experience was quite pleasant.

The staff was rude, the beds are terribly uncomfortable, the shower had lots of hair left in it. Not sure if it was from the cleaning crew or leftover from the person beforehand. The beds have inadequate bedding. I’ve stayed at worse but also better. But your staff was very rude. The front desk was rude to everyone. We were there for a wrestling dual. There was no coffee at 6am and when asked if they were going to make more. The answer was no. Just no and then stared at the person. No explanation as to why. HR needs to come in and clean house!
