We initially ran into some plumbing issues upon checking in, but the staff was able to move us into another suite, much bigger with no plumbing problems. We appreciated that. The hotel is a little old, but overall it is well maintained. Breakfast was ok. Be prepared to pay $50 plus tip for valet parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will rate the experience a 4/5

The stay was amazing. The room was clean and spacious, the only downside was parking but staying downtown that is to be expected. They have valet for $50, but a free parking lot would have made this hotel perfect.

Ants in the rooms. No, Do Not Disturbed sign for room. Room service was on request only and I did not request it but found housekeeping in the room and some of are personal items went missing. No in room safe. No free parking as stated but valet service was very good.

So so

Coffee machine did not work, ice machine didn’t either. We called for towels and never got them. Conditioner in bathroom was empty. Front room was HOT for my daughter and he left friend even though we requested a fan. We enjoyed the location and it was very clean but those things put a damper on my visit.

our new downtown spot!

check in was simple, rooms are huge and very spacious!! excellent for big families! the hotel had a very new smell through out, and is right on the river walk, great location to walk and enjoy downtown San Antonio!! Will stay again for sure!!
