Welcome to Tranquility! This 4th floor spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated with bright beach colors and accents. It has awesome views of the ocean, pool, and sound. A well equipped cook's kitchen with dining room seating of 8 and 4 at the bar. Each bedroom has a TV and clock radio. Master suite with king size bed has private bath and access to covered balcony. The second bedroom holds a queen size bed, the third bedroom holds two twins and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Balcony has table and chairs to sit and relax with your view of the ocean & pool. Unit also equipped with DVD movies/games/books/CD player/Stereo. Wireless Internet provided. No smoking and no pets. Reservations include linens and towels with freshly made beds. Located in Building B.

Summer Winds provides an amazing number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three large outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Great for a young family
This unit was updated not too long ago. The beds were comfortable and the family lived the beach and the pools. The air conditioner was only allowed to be set at 74 so the unit was rather hot and musty. If we could have run the air at 72 or so I think the unit would have had a chance to dry out.

Overall great
Everyone in my group loved this condo. It was spacious and had a very cute vibe. The walk to the beach is literally 2 seconds. This place had every dish you will ever need. We will be coming back.

Great location
Just what we needed for a week at the beach. Summer Winds is a very well maintained property. The common areas were cleaned multiple times each day. Tranquility was in great shape with all we needed and more.

Very nice condo
The condo was very nice, the kitchen was great, every pot and pan and platter known to man!! Lots of serving utensils as well. Master bedroom and bath were very nice, comfy bed. The other beds however were awful, neither of my daughters/son in-laws got any sleep and they all had backaches by the end of the trip, the mattresses seriously need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time.

Indian beach get away
We really enjoyed our vacation. The property was located in a perfect spot. We loved the easy beach access and the pool was also very nice. Also, the A/C worked fine despite some of the previous reviews. The amenities were nice but it would have been helpful to know that there was no soap or dishwasher/laundry detergent available. Also the kitchen cabinets and drawers could use a deep cleaning. Overall this was a perfect family get away.

Love Summerwinds
Everything was good except the floors were not cleaned well enough. The kitchen and bathrooms were mopped but not the rest and there was no carpet. We cleaned the floors ourselves so we would be comfortable and the realty company reimbursed us for the mop and cleaning supplies which we thought was fair.

Perfect for a family!
This condo was clean, and exactly like the photos. There are great views of the ocean, and it was near the elevator. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed teenage girls. The beds were comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were an added bonus. The only complaint that we have is the temperature of the water. You may want to check on that prior to the summer season. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!
