Loved that it wasn't busy and crowded! Very nice staff all around, every single one of them. Very clean except under our couch cushions. Loved the pool and dining options. Everything was great. Will come again.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited in recent memory. The staff is professional and outspoken, amenities abound and the architecture of the building, as well as the room layouts do not dissapoint. The included breakfast is excellent, and lobby, recreation area's are creative and fun to explore.

Misleading booking when selecting King Bed
The bed was not a king size - it was closer to a standard queen size bed, we actually measured it. We called down and they said they’ve gotten other guests saying the same but did not seem apologetic or offer any remediation (especially since you could tell the hotel was not at full capacity). We also got a room nearby the elevator and it was quite noisy. The best thing about this hotel was the housekeeping, who did a fantastic job cleaning. The front desk is mediocre at best. The tall woman working in the evening was not very friendly and was quite short when spoken to. Also, the receipt I received via email after my stay was blank. No idea why that would occur. In terms of location; There are two restaurants (not opened during the day) and a coffee shop but the location isn’t great for proximity to the city and/or airport. Otherwise, look for other options as you’ll end up paying more in rental car fees or uber if you stay here.

Loved our stay here- most comfortable bed we had slept in during our trip. It was very convenient to all the activities and places we wanted to visit! We were so busy that we were unable to use the pool/ hot tub area but some people we met said the hot tub was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place. Will stay again!
What a lovely place! My room was large and fully accommodated all my needs. I loved the shower and the generous amount of towels!!! I had a corner room on the main floor. It was awesome!!!Brenda at the Front Desk was terrific. She went way above and beyond to accommodate my requests with consideration!!! She is an asset!!
