Convenient Place to Stay
All of the staff were friendly and acknowledged your presence. Had an issue with the shower drain and it was fixed quickly. Will stay here while in Davis.

We love the Hyatt House properties as they have the separate bedroom option. The room was very clean and spacious however there is noise from the freeway which the separate bedroom option rooms face.(king bed rooms). The double queen separate bedroom option does have rooms that face the back of the building which would be quieter. We did enjoy our stay.

We stayed here during a soccer tournament and it was a perfect place- close to the soccer fields, nice hot breakfast and friendly staff to support all of our needs. Parking was a breeze ($10 per night) with four charging stations. Staff was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. The hotel’s location is also perfect—close to everything Davis has to offer, yet peaceful and relaxing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, responding promptly and kindly to any request. Hyatt House Davis deserves every one of these five stars and more. All staff were kind. Had no problems with the room, other than a blindshade that wouldn't open (might've just been user error). The room was clean when we arrived, and good amenities were provided. The proximity to the roads unfortunately meant loud noise during the night from cars revving.
