I’m in town for work 5 nights at a time, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
It’s the only hotel down a road of grungy motels. Plenty of homeless-I almost hit a woman’s shopping cart in the middle of the street the first morning, while she stared from the sidewalk.
The hotel is outdated. There was hair in the shower and in the bedsheets. The garbage disposal looked disgusting and smelled it. The toilet paper was half gone and not even on the holder-1 extra roll. Tissues and body wash were almost gone. The pillows are absolutely terrible-I forgot mine, my fault-I had to go buy a pillow.
I went and got a mug for hot water one evening, filled it and noticed the handle and lip were coffee stained dirty-but not unable to be washed stained-like dirty stained. They don’t replace the to go cups in your room when housekeeping comes, they took trash out and replaced the empty tissues and a couple towels. Didn’t make the bed or any cleaning. I’d been there 3 nights when I took the privacy sign down.
No hand soap in bathroom, it’s a face bar.
There are sensors in the room-from what it appears-so when you exit the room the front desk can come out from their (probably protected) office behind the front desk. They are nice though.
At the end of my stay I noticed the dishwasher still had dirty dishes and was disgusting. So that was the final straw for hope. Oh, as a Hilton honors member you get a water bottle and a rice crispy treat when you arrive. Yay. *Eye roll* disappointed again.
