Definitely not a boring hotel

Intriguing hotel with unique decor - kind of fun!. Excellent service and pleasant to stay at. Staff were delightful. Reasonable for business, perfect for tourism. Perfectly situated near the Giardino Borghese to get away from the Roman heat, walk in the pines of Rome, and congregate with actual Romans. Walking distance to many attractions i.e within 2-3 miles - you can even jog if you go very early to avoid the crowds.

Very modern hotel. We had a large room with a separate living area. It is very clean, the ac worked very well. The location is great only about a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. There is a stop for the Hop on Hop off bus a few minutes away. Great hotel for the price. Quick ride from the termi station.

We had a family room for 3 people for 8 nights in late August. Overall great stay. Thanks! - Hotel: looks new, very clean. great service from front desk for the whole eight days, super responsive clean/maintenance staff, good location (still within 20 minutes walking distance to many hot spots but in a very quiet and safe area). lots of good restaurants around, along with a decent in-house restaurant. - Family room: great room size, solid two beds in different rooms (one queen bed and one full size sofa bed), big shower head with great water pressure which is really nice after a long hot day. - Minor suggestions: bigger toilet paper roll, more English TV channels, one or two tables in family room lobby and big bathroom to fully utilize the spacious space. (And expand shower space size if possible)

This is a nice, clean hotel. The staff is really nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. The people outside were very helpful in getting us transportation!

While the interior was good and clean, the location was uphill from the city centre and difficult to get a taxi to or from due to being on a one way street ..hotel tried to order a taxi for me to meet family dining one evening but after 15 mins I was told no taxis! Started to walk the 40 mins journey but gave up as too hot. Not hotel fault but be aware of location if wanting to explore Rome.

We stayed in the premium double room which was a lovely large and interesting round room. We arrived very late (notified the hotel) and our silver membership bottle of sparkling wine was waiting in our room in ice. We had a very comfortable, large bed. There was a coffee maker and minibar. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and super clean. Also the room was very clean and the cleaners were coming twice a day and brought extra bottled water (perhaps as it was during an extraordinary heat wave). The whole hotel and the room were airconditioned. The breakfast was tasty with wide selection of fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs and fried beans, cheese, ham, salamis, fruit juices, coffees and teas. The staff in the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is just outside the park of Villa Borghese and not far from Spanish steps. For sightseeing we could walk everywhere (e.g. to Pantheon or Colosseum). Taxi drive to Termini (to get a train to the airport) was only 4 min.
