It does not feel like a hotel. Feels more like a dentist office that was turned into a hotel. We found traces of wine on our pillow cover as if the bedding had not been changed. Fortunately, we were only there for a few hours, while transitioning to our next location.

No running water in the shower.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from July 31 to August1st, Room# 202. Upon checking in at approximately 11 pm, we discovered that there was no running water in the shower. While there was water available for the toilet and sink, the absence of shower water was completely unacceptable, especially given the hot weather conditions in Rome. The hotel staff attributed the issue to a wider area water shortage, a claim I find difficult to believe given that the problem was isolated to the shower. Furthermore, the hotel was unable to offer an alternative room due to being fully booked. The hotel’s complete lack of responsibility for this matter and refusal to offer a refund is appalling. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I believe that this matter warrants a full refund and would appreciate it if you would address this complaint promptly.

Though the room was nice the air conditioning could barely keep it cool even after they changed the filter, the water pressure was low then better than low again and it could take up to 15 minutes to get hot water then it would be scalding hot and you could not control it. Taking a shower was very challenging.

It was close to the train station like a 5 min walk. Room was clean. The only down side was the shower, not too much pressure, would take some time for you to finish taking a bath.

We only stayed one night. This is like stones throw away from Roma Termini..good for connecting to Trenitalia/Italo/Freccia trains and also Express to Airport so if you're gonna be moving a lot with huge luggage and you just need a place to sleep this is a good value for the price. The hotel is also clean inside. It's very decent 3 star hotel. I like the airconditioner I like it esp during summer months. Its very comfy. The only downside is the shower water is not that strong. I would choose this hotel if Im in Italy again on the go for convenience.

Not great!
Room is so tiny you can barely move around - everything is arms reach from your bed.. bathroom is so narrow your legs practically touch the wall as you sit on the toilet bowl. The shower is so tight- no room to move around. Water pressure is non existent. The person at the desk when we arrived was extremely unfriendly - after missing our flight at FCO and having to book this hotel at the last minute all we really wanted to do was drop off our bags, change and make something of our day. She couldn’t tell us if our room was ready or not - which would be understandable if there was more then 4 rooms to manage.. The only plus’ at this hotel would be the distance from Roma Termini and the pillows were comfortable.
