Dear Eddie , I would like to apologies on behalf of the hotel about the situation with our lift and that you were not offered assistance at check-in stage . We are happy to say that the lift has been fixed , and that if you are in Maynooth in the near future we would like to offer you a free upgrade should you wish to stay in the Glenroyal Hotel .
