The hotel is centrally located, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom—it was a lovely surprise! The hotel also offers a variety of complimentary city experiences with different themes, making it a great way to explore Rome while connecting with other guests. The breakfast was excellent, featuring a nice balance of international and local dishes. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is situated across from a church that accommodates indigents, sidewalk noise on weekend nights was audible from the room.

The hotel was very convenient to the Roma Termini. The desk clerk was extremely helpful with our travels. He went above and beyond helping us with our transportation plans when there was a train strike and we needed to make other arrangements. We were a little sad the bed was not so comfortable.

The hotel is in a very good location, walkable distance to a lot of tourist places. It is very close to a Metro station if needed. The room I got was very clean and the bed was verify comfortable. Shower and water pressure were excellent. If you need to buy water or wine, there is a small store just a few meters from hotel. The train station is just 8 min walk. Tge staff was very helpul, definitely I will stay again in this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel Sept 22-26. Out of the 5 nights, the turnover person didnt provide toilette paper or remove the garbage twice. I dropped something behind my night table and when I moved it to retrieve my brush, the amount of garbage was imressive. Safe to say, my brush will now join the garbage which I'm sure will be permanent. The location itself is good, but I will never stay here again.

This hotel is close to the train and centrally located. The staff was excellent in helping us find directions and were very helpful with any transportation and questions that we had. Our breakfast was also very excellent with many choices and excellent foods. I totally recommend this hotel and would return any time I'm in Rome.

Wonderful warm welcoming hotel with terrific staff in every area. Room was clean and comfortable with all the little extras that make travelling worthwhile, like a kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was a nice combination of hot and cold offerings like eggs and bacon, cheeses, fresh breads, and of course, great coffee and teas. We at at La Famiglia twice as it was just meters away with excellent food choices and great customer service. Perfect stay and we will come and stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were cheerful and helpful. The position is great because it is an easy walk to Roma Termini but is far enough away so as not to be upset by traffic and people around the station area. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we hope to visit again in the future.

This hotel has everything you need!:). They renovated it perfectly!!! The bathroom is spacious and they give you all the toiletries you need, there's coffee, wine etc available on-site. They have hot water kettle in the room... They have 120 outlets, 240 converters in the bathroom wall. The breakfast is great!!! They have bacon , eggs, pastries, vegetables, amazing cheese and fruit spread, great coffee!!!! Excellent, as it's delicious and a nice variety, so you could eat something different every morning 🌅🍳🍪🍮😋The air-conditioning was great and so nice, as Rome was having a heat wave while we were there. The customer service was 10 ... Everyone was willing to help and accomdate any requests we had. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful Roman hotel!:)

I recently stayed at Hotel Diocleziano and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. However, what truly set my stay apart was the incredible staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with different team members, to name a few, Karen, Leonardo, Alessandro, Raluca and Elvys and each one was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend Hotel Diocleziano for anyone seeking an outstanding stay in Roma. When in Roma, here is where I will stay!

The staff were excellent to deal with and the location of the hotel is ideal for the bus/ train. The walk leading to the hotel smelt excessively of urine from the homeless. Walking in the area at night didn’t seem to be the safest.
