Property needs renovation. Decor in hallways is old and worn. Transportation to nearby restaurants is limited and very expensive with Taxi service. ($75 r/t to Cielo restaurant in Fumiciano)

Typical hotel near an airport. Nothing to do near the area, requires a bus or taxi to head to Fiumicino. Spacious room, soft bed, but nothing exceptional.

Hotel is adequate for staying at the airport the night before a flight. The staff was excellent. Restaurant provided and very nice, and reasonably priced dinner without having to leave. The acoustics of the lobby made for a very noisy bar and restaurant. The hotel could use an update. The carpets were worn, dirty and Stained. The walls in the halls were also in need of some fresh paint. The beds and linens were quite comfortable. A big plus was the feee shuttle from Terminal 3. It ran every 15 mins around the clock and the trip from hotel to airport was about 10 mins. I would probably stay agin, in light of the downsides, especially since it was just one night.

hall carpet was dirty, stained and ripped. The place itself was very tired. My shower was so backed up I had to turn water off to shower so the build up didn't stay around ankles.

The hotel is close to Rome's airport. It has a restaurant and bar. We took the free shuttle bus to the airport the next day.

My husband called the property to get directions, and an extremely rude person answered the phone. Then we finally get to the property and an extremely rude person. checks us in. Not a good start! I did not feel welcome, I felt like we were a nuisance to the young lady. The room was decent and our favorite thing was the comfortable bed with a duvet. The bathroom is hopelessly outdated. Very narrow bathtub ,which made it difficult to take a shower. and neither one of us are big people. The restaurant food was absolutely awful and completely overpriced. I dislike giving negative reviews, but for the money we paid for one night, I would expect the Hilton Garden Inn to step up their game. When are these hotels going to understand that you have to have friendly and welcoming staff at the check-in.? I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody!

The shuttle to the airport was easy and very convenient. The staff were amazing and the restaurant didn't leave you on a culinary downer after a wonderful trip to Italy. North American Hiltons could learn from the attitude and service at the Italian hotel!
