Great location and very clean. Breakfast was very good. The only complaint we had was that the room was too warm. The AC did not seem to work. Otherwise we would choose this hotel again.

Firstly the staff were amazing and provided amazing service to the guests. The property is very well located, meaning that most parts of Rome are within good walking distance. The area is also great, with lots of superb local cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions on the doorstep. The room was clean and well specified, with a lovely bathroom and shower. Finally, we all loved the wonderful buffet breakfast, which was always varied and superb. Would definitely stay here again!

The room is meticulous for the price in the center of major attractions. Another big plus are the receptionist & the breakfast staffs. They have customer service mind! Highly recommended.

Hotel staff were amazing! Staff was always pleasant and so helpful. Even with flight delays, we were able to get checked in easily, with no trouble. Room was perfect for two. Breakfast was delicious and the gentleman working (sorry that I didn’t get anybody's name) was great as well.

We had a 10 day stay here and it was delightful. Close to everything - Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum, Spanish Steps etc Incredible places to eat everywhere and shops galore. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon as well as continental, the coffee was delicious- cappuccino for me every morning, latte for my husband 😊 Our room had a gorgeous bath in the bedroom - so romantic and the long double windows to outside were just like in the movies - when open they let in the sounds of the street below (which I loved listening to) but once closed noise was blocked out. You could darken the room if you like to sleep in the dark but we often slept with our windows open. Accessibility- I am a wheelchair user so did find these suites a bit of a challenge. If you are a full time wheelchair user then this is NOT the place for you sadly. *There is a step once inside the building on the way to the lift. *The lift is extremely narrow and UNLESS your wheel can fold or is very narrow it will not fit in the lift - it says the lift holds 4 people (but they would need to be on the lean side) *The suites are located on 2nd floor and there is another small step to get into the reception area. Once we got a system in place for ourselves we didn’t find the accessibility too much of an issue I must say it is secure and all key coded from the entrance downstairs to the reception area upstairs (out of hours). We felt completely safe the whole time.

The apartment is in an excellent, safe location. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spotless. The beds were comfy and the two bathrooms were ideal for a family of 4. There is no table and chairs as shown in the pictures but there is a small sofa which seats 3 in its place. We’d recommend this apartment and would return again.
