You should be ashamed. This hotel is closed and You should t get resarvations. I had a terrible first night i was looking For hotel in the middle of the night. I payed an extra night and the next morning i managed to get in the building of bellsuite o found out i was relocated. No body informed me no body have me a refund For the extra night i payed. And You are sending me useless emails. I will never use anything You provide. And I have informed every body i know about this cruel attitude of yours.

The lady that served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was very nice. No one was at the front desk, ever, to help us with wifi issue or provide us with a crib for our baby. With no wifi we were unable to contact anyone for this. The room was well kept and in a great location.

Bad hotel not recommended at all!
It was bad experience to stay in that hotel, I waited couple hours for checking in because there is no Reciption person. In simple word in the worst hotel I saw in my life.

I like the staff, they were kind and helpful. The property is in a good location to access sightseeing. The elevator was impressive. The Spanish maid is a wonderful person. Christine was so hearty, she helped us to get our transportation back to the airport. There was another gentle man at the front desk who assisted us to get an adopter to charge our cell phones. I would like to thank him too. I would like to recommend this facility to others. Best Regards, Cyril B. (New York).

This property was shabby, the curtain was hanging off in the room, there was no light in the bathroom, breakfast was poor, there was NO tea and coffee facilities in the room, only a kettle. We had to buy coffee and milk. There was no staff on reception, the cleaner was the receptionist, who spoke no English. We had to use SIRI to communicate. Safe didn’t work, I rang to report problems, no one called me back, even though he allegedly took my number. All photos on the website are a total lie, and you need to revisit before recommending this sub standard 1 star stay

We requested a crib for our 4 month old baby and nothing was there. Dangerous large wooden folding door above bed. Sinks and shower blocked. Razor left in bath when we arrived. No way to contact staff without international phone call.

Nice location - rooms need updating.
We chose a "small double" room, however the room was not at all as advertised in the pictures. The room was incredibly small, relatively clean but needs significantly updating. Marks all over the wall and the shower was so small you could only lift one arm at a time, shower head squirted everywhere and was a very claustrophobic experience. We arrived late at night so key was left and we didn't see anyone at reception until we checked out, to make sure we paid the City tax. Breakfast was OK, delivered to our room on time each morning, coffee never hot.

My friend had to stay last minute. One of the front desk people started knocking on our door to tell us this, instead of waiting until we passed by the desk. He did this TWICE. He would not let us modify the reservation or pay the extra money with a card. Bad experience.

Hot water in bath were limited, especially in the morning. Breakfast hot drinks were served cold throughout our stay. Fresh new towels were not given every time they clean our room. No person in the reception when we needed assistance.

Perfect unless you’re in Rome to marvel at room
Didn’t realize it’s basically apartment building with several room. Hadn’t read the fine print so hard to figure that you go straight to the 3rd floor (so long as someone is at the reception). Keys were waiting for me. While WiFi not operating, room had the basics and breakfast was a delightfully nice touch. Would stay and recommend that others do the same.

I tried to call and email to confirm reservation 48hrs prior (as advised). Phone or email was never answered. Completed a breakfast order and some items were never received. Shower is extremely slippery, dangerous. Bedhead is not functional and topples over.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed
we were arrived at about 7:30am, reception lady allowed us to store the luggage before room cleaning. When we backed to hotel at about 5pm, we found the room still haven't been cleaned, no staff at reception. My husband called the emergency telephone number, a man picked up the phone and said he's not feeling well. My husband said we understand, but please give us another contact person to help us. That man was very rude and hang up the phone. In the end we have not choice but found the store room, took the clean bed sheet, pillowcase and toilet paper from that to change by ourselves. At the same time, we met a guess from another room, who also talking about the same happened to her. We also met a couple who already stayed several days and no one clean the room. It's really horrible. I have never met a hotel like this, totally no responsibility.

We arrived late and the room was extremely dirty and used by the previous guests!!!! We called every phone number and nobody picked up the phone, so we had to sleep there. It was disgusting! Next day The receptionist seemed like she didn’t care too much and she told us that the cleaning lady was sick, the worst excuse I ever heard.

Hotel a bit tired
No balcony, the one shown in the hotel website is used by staff for smoking. No slippers or bathrobes as shown on website. Breakfast to the room was on time twice out of the 5 days, we nearly didn’t get breakfast one day as they were ready to leave. Showers were cold and water dribbled out. Toilet seat broke, ohh we also got stuck in the lift. Wouldn’t go back.

Great Service, Very Clean -
The girls working there were very lovely. Treated us great & the place was spotless. We had a little trouble with the bathroom & they came IMMEDIATELY to fix it. The room was on a very noisy street - It bothered my daughter but not me - I love the sounds of Italy .

Hotel was pretty poor. No toilet paper when we arrived, no hotel staff around at all. Tiny bathroom and shower with very little power. Breakfast is awful. Location only redeeming feature.

The room wad very small and it hardly had space for luggage. Bathroom showerhead needed repair. Walks have stains from people's luggage. Very disappounting. I was going yo stay there on my wsy back home, but I decided to change hotels. The staff oerson was kind enough to not charge as I hsd reserved with Hotels.com and had paid in advance.
