renovated and very nice. Loved living area!
All was great. We were happy they let us check in early. We were here for a treatment at the Massey cancer clinic, which was about 30 min away. The drive was worth it for a safe area and price. We really appreciated the living area and desk. They are renovating the hotel.

The hotel looked nice. Got in the room late and found old blood stains on the sheets. Said something twice noone came to handle the issue. Upon checkout, i addressed the issue again and the girl said awww im sorry that happened.

Do not stay at this hotel!
This was the worst stay ever. The hotel smells like a dirty nursing home. I pulled a towel down in the shower and a razor fell down. Was moved to another room and there was hair in the sheets and in the shower.

We booked two rooms for our 3 night stay. One room seemed to be ok for my family, but the other room for my wife and I was outdated and had a very musty smell as we entered which gave more of a Motel vibe. We thought maybe the AC unit just needed to run to filter out the air but that did not do much. We thought about getting another room but didn’t want to go through the hassle and wanted to keep our rooms close to other family members. During our stay, we also noticed stains on couch, refrigerator was messed up and TV remote volume didn’t work. The Staff was very friendly and hotel main level & lobby was nice. The rest of the hotel seemed to be a bit gloomy. The rooms were not what we expected from the photos when booking… maybe other rooms were better, but we stuck it out throughout our stay.

The room was clean by the staff and the breakfast was hot and delicious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The last night of our stay a waterbug invaded our bedroom space. We changed rooms in the middle of the night. Exterminator is desperately needed.
