Gouging nightmare
Worst I have ever stayed at; if your price gouging make it worth it. Desk clerk rude to everyone, room not cleaned; towels on floor, shampoo used, jelly smeared into table. Ridiculous.

I’m only reviewing the cleanliness because they started remodeling it. Super dirty, please find a better house keeper, I’m sorry but dirt and hair in the bathrooms, stains on the chairs, we had to be moved to a different room because the first one had urine stains on the carpet and a horrible smell. They can do better with breakfast too.

Don’t ever stay at this place.
It was dirty. Sheet had blue lint, and were stained. The room smelt horrible. The TV wouldn’t even turn on. There was only two screws put through the drywall holding the TV on the wall. there was also a pile of bed sheets next to our door before we went into the room. we checked out of the hotel immediately and they will not give us our money back. Hotels.com are very hard to work with you. Can’t call them anymore. They lie to you via text message. I called the La Quinta hotel manager, said that he will work on trying to get me a refund, but I think it’s a pile of crap. I believe it when I’ll see it. The room was disgusting. The walls had dust all over and fingerprints.

The place was super dirty and they did a bait and switch from the 1 bedroom king suit to a double queen for the same price, and they did a $100 damage deposit hold when the site says it is a $75 hold.

This hotel was in very bad conditions of cleaning,the bathtubs were very dirty, the bedsheets were dirty and not well cleaned, in reality the whole hotel is in very bad condition please don’t go to this hotel with family/kids because you can’t even sleep well in this hotel the price of the whole hotel is very cheap I think that’s why the hotel is very very dirty.

Very noisy with freeway traffic. Horrible pillows. Shower was hard to regulate temperature. Either scalding hot or ice cold. Air conditioning was noisy, but too hot to turn it off. Blew on me all night. Miserable nights sleep.

I have never seen so many cigarette butts on the ground. I thought La Quintas were decent but this place makes me never want to stay at another. At least clean up the parking lots!! Inside was very low budget. If I wasnt exhausted, I would not have stayed, i slept with my clothes on and got out early. The ONLY good point is that it was pet friendly!

Where do I start? The door to the room was an exterior door, which had a broken security lock, and a peep hole that was totally ‘missing’ exposed and open. All of the linens contain stains from sheets to bedspread to towels. The shower curtain in the shower was orange on the bottom from mildew and mold. The floors were not overly clean. They were holes in the curtains. The bed pillows were all stained and yellow. So very sad that we had no other options as it was a busy Labor Day weekend and we couldn’t find elsewhere to go at that late hour. I have photos but am unable to add on this page. There was also ‘ dirt’ smeared on the back of the door.
