I learned everything I needed to about how tight of a ship they run when I left my laptop in the safe. I noticed 2 hours down the road and called immediately. I talked to 2 people, not 20, no I can’t help you’s, just 2 people. I was connected to housekeeping immediately and she told me she was looking at my computer right then and she would have it waiting at the front desk. When I picked it up I tried to tip the front desk guy who immediately refused and simply said I’m just doing my job. You can give me stars online which I will definitely be doing.

When we arrived at 9:30pm after flying from the east coast all day our room was not ready, said it would be 45 minutes to an hour, went back after an 1 and room still was not ready. they ended up switching our room. The next day in the early afternoon we had no water, and we were never notified of maintenance doing work on the water pipes. Then on the 3rd day our heat was not working and the room was at 65 degrees with the AC always on. We had to shut off our AC/Heat unit to keep the room comfortable. I will not stay here again.

When you check in make sure you upgrade your room or they send you to the S tower ghetto. Make sure you shut your shades in the daytime cause the sun blares your room on the east side. The AC isn’t good enough to keep up. I sweat all night both nights. Shower was worse as the nozels peed on you very pathetic water pressure. Ice machine out of order down hall. No pad paper or a bible. Machines at the GSR are tighter than any place in Reno. You will lose your money.
