The room did not have a very clean feel. The stools at the end of the bed was really stained, there were make up splatters on the bathroom wall, the glass on the picture above the dresser was splattered with stuff. I went to use the hair dryer and the bag was super dusty. The shelf under the bathroom sink was very dusty. The covers on the bed were so thin; it was not comfortable. The fridge was not very cold and you couldn't adjust it. The tile floor in front of our bathroom was sticky. The air/ fan had a loud motor. I will say though that check in/ check out was easy.

Everything was clean, staff were professional, several things to do for families with children- bowling, swimming, arcade Center, ice Skating.. much more . My family went during the Holidays and it was decorated so nicely, staff were in the holiday spirit!! I will definitely bring my family back again. As for the room: We had a two queen bedroom very spacious, clean, stocked with towels and more. Fluffy pillows, Room and smelled clean. WiFi ….Thanks for a great experience!!

Checking in was seamless. The two restaurants we ate at were good, one was a little pricey for their type of food (Rim). King size room was nice but had older furniture. The water was extremely hot in the shower and we could not cool it off; the water pressure was almost non-existent. Housekeeping showed up about 8 hours after we left the room in the morning so we never had our room cleaned (they charge about $2 extra per day for housekeeping services). Spa was very good. Resort fee was $45 per night. Way too much for Reno (maybe for Las Vegas).

Grand Sierra Stay
Weekender stay. Very reasonable price. Restaurants on the property were very good. Tried the Grand Cafe and Chickie & Pete’s. Enjoyed the concert at the Grand Theater. Casino machines weren’t ringing jackpots much. Had better luck on video poker. Staff were very cordial.
