The conference room I have booked is nice and spacious. Just what i needed for my son’s birthday celebration. I find that the room rate of this hotel is quite pricey compare to other hotels just within the area, given that there is no complimentary breakfast being offered. The receptionist i have talked to few days before the booking date and the one i have talked to during check in were very friendly and accommodating. i had though a not very nice experience with their guest service manager Devang Magari hence i’m giving only a 2 star rate. The pool looks nice and huge in the picture but it’s actually not. Small pool area, no kids pool and the water is pretty cold unless you go the hot tub to warm up.

A coffee table placed in a very dangerous location in the lobby caused me to trip, fall and injure myself. Management felt that coming back to their hotel again for a free night was an acceptable compensation. I didn’t feel that this was adequate. I will not be back, or stay at another in this chain of hotels if at allnpossible. The coffee table has apparently been moved from the traffic flow area.

Great hotel
Our stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. We had a problem with our heater blowing cold air when we turned the heater on, but we notified the desk and the maintenance man was there within 5 minutes and fixed it! The bed was comfortable too. Great location. We would stay there again.

Convenient location for restaurants, shopping. Parking was confusing a little bit as most of it is in the back. Room was okay, nothing to make it stand out. It was quiet despite looking onto a busy road.
