Lovely hotel, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, nice spa, great location on beautiful park right next to Old Town. Unfortunately, my bath drain was clogged when I arrived and I had to get it fixed on three separate occasions during my five-night stay. While response from staff was immediate, they did not seem particularly concerned when i approached front desk staff the final time and told them this had already happened already two times prior. Overall, nice stay, but 5 stars is a bit generous.

It's amazing hotel thanks to all their staff especially front line and cleaning staff. The breakfast was exceptional with excellent quality and variety. Would highly recommend and very much looking forward to visiting again
