Staff and entertainment crew were great! We were told we were going to have a private butler to handle our needs however that fell through, we did go to the evening butler Manny and he was very helpful! Karen in the entertainment along with her co workers were so awesome and made the trip so exciting! The pools were awesome! The staff was great at the hotel. The restaurants were good however tend to cater to much to Americans-like we travel to DR we want DR food lol. The beach was clean and water was so blue!

Staff was very nice. Property beautiful. Food pretty good. The buffet at breakfast the same every day could’ve used a change once in a while. Helios restaurants awful. Needed More activity around the pool and some live music. Frozen drinks awful…tasted like chemicals. Beach beautiful but no waitress service. Specialty restaurants very good. Shows at night good but all the way at the other end of the property took a while to get back on the train. Don’t think I would return.

This is my 3rd time at TRS Turquesa I always come back here mostly for the staff and excellent customer service they all very friendly. Ignacio the waiter from Capricho and Kusco went out of his way every day to make me and my family happy, our butler Randy was very attentive and help us with everything during our stay from the moment we arrived until we left.The staff at the bar and drinks where great and the food too, my favorite was Tentazione and Capricho for breakfast and dinner.

First time vacationing at TRS and our trip was wonderful. Our butler was Norielis and she excels at her job! She helped make our dinner reservations, checked on us several times throughout each day and was available to assist in any way. Can't praise her enough! The beach was beautiful and relaxing; the grounds and pool areas were clean and very well maintained. We had dinner at six of the restaurants and enjoyed them all, as well as the Helios breakfast & lunch buffet. The staff and servers were very pleasant to deal with and went out of their way to ensure you were accommodated. Highly recommend.

We chose this property because of the great ratings. For us dining and relaxing pool and beach were the key. The food options all require reservations except for the buffets. The food choices were excellent and we enjoyed all the restaurants. There are bars by every pool and there are servers in these areas. We enjoyed the beach very much. The beach and ocean was clean and fun. There are covered seating areas by the beach where its easy to relax. The wifi is available although not always fast. There are trams to take you wherever you like on the property. A few dislikes: The butler services did nothing much except help with reservations. To make reservations its just as good to find the property website and reserve spots directly at the restaurants. There are kind of intense salespeople for what appear to be timeshares. These made us feel a bit pressured and were not needed. The shows were not very interesting and the theater was pretty far from our hotel. There are several outdoor sports courts but there is no information about how to get the equipment. Most of the restaurants open at 6 or 6:30pm except for the buffets. Overall a very nice place and recommended.

The resort is just beautiful. The landscape around the resort is beyond lovely. We stayed in the VIP section and our butler Rodny was spot on. He checked in with us several times per day and took care of every thing for us. He booked all our restaurants the day we arrived. One morning the cold water had a main break and for our inconvenience Rodny gave us each a certificate for a day at the spa He made our trip wonderful!

Oh my God this property definitely lived up to the hype and the service and hospitality was top tier. I must give my Butler Norielis a lot of credit for making my birthday trip a memorable experience she definitely pulled out the red carpet for me and I’m grateful forever for there efforts I will definitely be coming back but next time with more friends and family. A must stay if your traveling to Punta Cana!!!!
