Food safety issues with lots of mishandled raw food and undercooked/way overcooked meals. Impossible to make reservations even with Diamond Club. Room was run down, dirty - matress had mold all over it. Pools were cold and dirty, full of sunscreen and ended up surrounded with cups/glasses from the bar. Staff was always goofing around and/or not paying attention - no proactive service, you had to get their attention to get anything done. Multiple requests for towels, crib, food ignored. I wouldnt go back here if you paid me.

Lovely stay had great energy and staff was lovely! Good beach food was ok ~ had a wonderful NYE bash. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Spa was a nice option and my son lived at the lazy river.

The service was lacking in almost all areas, check in was a nightmare, I arrived late at night alone in the rain and nobody was around to help, The toilets around the pools were filthy most of the time. My room did not get cleaned several times and then very poorly. The food was pretty good, lots of variety, entertainment good and children’s activities good Buildings are in need of repair!

The property, the staff was really kind, everybody since the reception area, housekeeping, bartenders, waitress were friendly and make your stay wonderful, my family and I love the lazy river, the food were amazing a lot of options, lobster, sushi, meat, turkey, pasta and pizza. They have a lot of activities for children, the entertainment team work very hard to entertain, on the 25th Santa came and gave gifts to every children, I will definitely come back to Royalton Punta Cana
