Very clean facility,walking from room to lobby to beach area was very convenient wasnt too long of a walk at all. The only complaints I have is in regards to the gentlemen that sits on the hall,which was right outside my room because my room was on the corner. They were very loud,to the point that it woke me evey morning,i couldnt sleep in if i wanted. They were talking amongst one another,so why they were so loud,to the point it seems like they were screaming is beyond me. I couldn't relax snd sleep in if i wanted to. My main issue was the tub inside my room.The first night I tried to use it and noticed there was no stopper to prevent water from coming back out. I called the front desk I was told I would have to wait until the next day. I was contacted by maintenance and that particular issue resolved bright and early,so I thought everything was fine until I attempted to use it and notice the jets in the tub was nor working there was the humming noise but it did not come on. I then tried a few more times and nothing. I called the front desk and was told someone would be coming right now,same night to look at it. It was 6pm. No one showed. So the following day when I woke up I advised the front desk no one showed and they told me they would send a manager. I ate breakfast and came back no one ever came. After a few hours I went to the bar where I seen the guest services lady who asked about my stay and I advised her about my issue and she stated she would put a request in as

Que me gusto: La habitacion era muy bonita y comoda. Que no me gusto: He estado en 5 hoteles de Punta Cana y ninguno me habia fallado en el area de servicio hasta que llegue al Royalton. Cuando ibamos al buffet nadie nos ofrecia de tomar. Tenia que levantarme de la mesa para pedir algo de tomar y aun asi la bebida nunca llegaba. Para tratar de venderme la membrecia del hotel aparecian personas de todos lados a molestar con eso pero para darme el servicio que ya habia pagado no aparecia nadie. La semana de mal servicio cerro con broce de oro, pedimos que nos llevaran con nuestras maletas al lobby para hacer el check out y nadie llego a recogernos. No volveria a su hotel nunca.

Royalton Bavaro is a beautiful all inclusive resort. The swim out room was amazing and the room was spacious. The room was kept clean by the nice service of the housekeeping staff & the 24/7 in room dining was needed for a late night munch. The resort has plenty of entertainment with different activities throughout the day. We liked how there were many different food options to choose from and different bars located throughout the resort. It is not an adult only resort but you can have fun either way. One of the few things we didn’t like was the taste of the food. Yes it’s a buffet style resort and they’re serving a lot of people, but there was really no flavor in the food. Aside from that, the best part of this resort was the staff! The staff deserves a raise. They’re friendly, they remember you, they even look out for you. From Jenrry and Johnie at the cave under the lazy river, Juan and Santiago by the swim up pool bar, Juan Carlos and Wendy by the martini mix bar, the waiters at Gourmet Marche, to Errinson the bell boy everyone was amazing & we can’t speak highly enough about the staff!!

This had been the WORST Royalton I have been to. Staff was rude, made vulgar statements, did not bring things needed to my room, room service did not answer the phone, staff did not try to speak English, food at the score sports bar was horrible, menu items were not available. Not a pleasant experience, and would never come back. Male staff constantly made sexual remarks towards me making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Everything was done by exchanging WhatsApp numbers with staff. Instead of being able to call front desk, housekeeping, or room service. The upmost unprofessional concierge service I’ve ever encountered. 0/10 would not recommend. Swim out room with double bed was spacious and the only highlight of the trip.

We had a great stay. The place was beautiful with so much to see and do for adults and children. The hotel entertainment, restaurants, pools and photo centre were my most used facilities. Yaneirys, our concierge was the best! She checked in on us, ensured we had everything we needed, she was accessible by text and really made us feel at home during our stay. Highly recommend her to anyone staying there.
