I knew this was a party resort but it was just really gross. Roaches in the room and the smell of sewage permeated throughout the property. The food was also atrocious. Couldn’t get anything hot. I had to leave a day early, couldn’t take it.

Entertainment during day and night was not great at all. Staff didn’t interact with people by pool or beach. Half the time what they said they were having for entertainment never happened. No service around the pools for drinks until the very last day of our stay and even then it was one person despite seeing 8 bartenders at one of the pool bars! they have it inside for lobby bars all the time where they don’t really need it as much as by the pool and beach Towels for beach/pool always out despite them only allowing one towel per person which makes no sense to run out. Food was just ok- Italian restaurant was horrible. Ole the Spanish restaurant we didn’t even attempt to eat at. It smelt so bad and the options were sparse and did not look appetizing. They only had one reserved restaurant with steakhouse which was solid. Rest was buffet style. Oh but the jerk chicken stand was actually really good. Sports bar was 24/7 but did not have the Thursday night football game and was no help to get it on so luckily others had it on the iPad. They had burgers, dogs, and nachos but nothing was appetizing. Spa costs were absurd for couples over $400 def overpriced. Not sure how they make busy. Rooms were ok- nothing great but nothing over the top. Did see a few cockroaches which I guess based on other reviews is expected there. Housekeeping was also not great. Half the time they forgot towels and forget requesting anything via the app as they would just mark it complete and never

Great party hotel, pools and beach nice. I enjoyed the food very much but hard to get good service in some restaurants. Bad shortage on pool towels. Was there for 5 days and never was able to get a pool towel. Horrible that there’s no food late night but the nasty burgers and nachos with cold cheese. Such a big resort for not having a decent selection of food for late nights and no room service. Rooms were ok, beds a little too small. Resort also has a very bad sewerage smell everywhere. Very fun hotel but to many things that need to be considered to make it better.

Property poorly maintained, awful food throughout the resort, a/c in room malfunctioned and flooded room though the night. Bugs.. Bugs.. Bugs!! Staff was mostly pleasant and pool party/disco were a good time.

This was our 5th time at this resort, and we had a great vacation as always. It’s such a lively, fun atmosphere but there are quiet places to relax as well. There are a ton of food options, the staff are friendly and attentive and is a great value for the money. We have been to other resorts in Punta Cana, but this is where we will continue to return to each year.
