There are 7 pools which all have very different vibes which we loved! There was deff an area for everyone. But the resort was not clean, the pools were dirty, all areas of the resort, one night even the towels smelt bad. Most of the workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there with the exception of a few who were amazing! There is not a lot of entertainment through out the day. Compared to the RIU in Cancun we were very disappointed, and compared to other resorts we have stayed at in Punta Canta it isn’t the best choice for the price.

If you’re looking for turn up then this is the resort for you. My friend and I only liked 1 restaurant out of all of them. The room was very outdated.. The shower and sink was clogged and no one fixed it. Room key kept deactivating if you kept it close to your phone which made It super inconvenient to keep walking to the lobby for a new key.

The experience and food was nice on the resort, the rooms in the resort were in fair condition. They ran out of wash clothes, the clean towels still look dirty. We were on the ground level and the flys were all on the walls in the room. The bathroom smell like sewer and the blanket was rough and uncomfortable. Other than that the service pools entertainment was A1

My stay was absolutely terrible! There were no beach towels, terrible food, no hot water, key cards didn’t work. They also would not let our transportation onto the resort, we had to walk all the way to the gate to get to our transportation. I would not recommend staying here, ZERO out of 10. Make this your last option, or not an option at all to save yourself the stress.

You wouldn’t need to go out of the hotel. The staff wasn’t very helpful or nice when requesting things at buffets and restaurants (as they should because it is an all inclusive). I would not recommend go out of the hotel alone the zone isn’t safe. The hotel room was nice but the bathroom was dirty, and the hot water never came out. I was expecting more for a RIU hotel and the price. Besides that, the entertainment was great.

This place was amazing. I love the staff the staff love me. I love the activities. They have the pink party in the jungle party. I had the most fun I ever had in my life. I travel across the world, and I ranked Dominican Republic in my top five of places to be for New Year’s And fun in general.

Better sound management. Starting loud music as early as 9.30am doesn’t allow those staying in a room nearby the party areas rest properly. People don’t only come to these resorts to party but to rest. 11 am would be a more reasonable time in my opinion.

Our stay at this resort was fantastic! The cleanliness throughout the property was excellent, and the staff truly stood out—they were always professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The food options were impressive, with enough variety to satisfy all six of us. Everyone in our family found something they liked, which made mealtime a breeze. This is definitely a high-energy resort, perfect for those who love a lively atmosphere. While I’m not a drinker, some members of my family are, and they had a great time enjoying the party vibe. That said, we stayed in a quieter section of the resort, and there were plenty of peaceful areas and calmer pools for those looking to relax. It’s a very affordable option, exceptionally clean, with lots to do for everyone. I got plenty of rest while still enjoying all the activities available. Overall, a wonderful stay—I’d highly recommend it!
