Wow what an amazing unbelievable stay! Every single person who we spoke to helped us so much our host Jordania Cedeño was incredible she helped us so much with our reservations and activities! Our weekend at Paradisus Palma Real was unforgettable! The staff were amazing, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Jordania, José and John Bryant at the counter, who made sure everything was perfect for us. We were celebrating our anniversary, and when we got to our room, we were surprised with champagne, fruit, and chocolates—such a sweet touch! The food was incredible, with so much variety. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I just absolutely love this property. The central area as you enter the property you can see straight through the center to the main pool area and beach. They added a kid's zone for kids to have fun while mom/dad enjoy time alone. I love the pool activities this year for kids and the bubble machine pool party. Also all the nightly entertainment is wonderful, and they have a sports bar for dancing or watching the big games. The people are great and strive to please. There are a lot of food options, although some restaurants are better than others. The only thing that I did not like was the first room they gave us. We wanted a garden view, but they upgraded us to poolside. The room was smaller, and some things didn't seem to work. My wife and son hated the room and we weren't planning to come back. My boy Jose gave us several options, and we got a room near where we were last year. For us garden view was better than the pool view. Pool view is good for adults that don't want to be near the activity. We love being near the activity. I also wish they had more restaurants open daily, but that wasn't really an issue. I also found out there is a casino on the property, although I don't gamble. Nice to have many things to do from the property like being on a cruise ship. Although there are other Melia properties on the same estate, I prefer Paradisus. Having a great pool next to a beautiful beach provides everything you want on vacation. Paradisus is a paradise.

The location itself was amazing. The pools, restaurants and overall areas were in great shape. The initial reception and welcome was very nice. Most of the staff throughout the stay was amazing, genuine and helpful. There are a few members of the staff that either do not care or should not work in the service industry. Management should find ways to weed these "bad apples". Otherwise, it was a great experience and I will most definitely come back to Paradisus Palma Real!

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the resort and the warm welcome from the staff. The attention to detail in every aspect of our experience was remarkable. **The Food:** The dining options were outstanding. Each restaurant offered a unique and delicious experience, from gourmet international cuisine to authentic Dominican flavors. The variety was impressive, and every meal was a culinary delight. Whether we were enjoying a fresh breakfast by the beach or indulging in a five-course dinner, the quality of the food was consistently top-notch. **The Cleanliness:** The resort was impeccably maintained. Everywhere we went, from the lobby to the pool area and especially our room, everything was spotless. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority for the staff, which made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. **The Staff:** The service at Paradisus Palma Real was truly exceptional.
