The entire staff went above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, saying "hola". The resort was a tropical paradise. We loved the nightly live entertainment and options for drinking and dining. It was magnificent!

1. The process of checking into our room took a long time. 2. The room assigned (4306) had excessive moisture, making the bed feel damp every time lying down. Also we got bit by Bed Bug. 3. The seaside restaurant was unappetizing and caused us to feel unwell. 4. In the morning, the irrigation system along the walking path used sewage water, creating a strong and unpleasant odor. 5. After tried different restaurant. The only restaurant (market place) the place we go to.

The check-in process and butler service are very long. Need to work on it. People are tired/hot/hungry sitting and waiting for the butler for 30-40 min. Our butler on the other hand was a very organized and very effective fellow Eduardo. I had two rooms this visit due to technical problems, the first room was all run down, but the other room was much better. The grounds and the beach areas are absolutely beautiful. The adult-only beach area has no service whatsoever. Our butler noticed it and made sure we had a service there on our third day of vacation. The buffet had a good and different selection of food but service was lacking as well. They escort you to your table and forget about you until you make a noise about getting a drink. We had reservations to two restaurants: Hibachi was nothing exciting (no show even), just the cook cooking boringly in front of us. The steakhouse was delicious with great service, an excellent menu, and deliciously prepared meals. The evening entertainment was BORING. The live music singers are terrible:), they do not know how to sing (screaming the whole time). We went to Ellegance at night, they had better choices. The beach and pool areas had a sufficient amount of sunbeds and cabanas which we loved. The towel service is great too. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would come back again. The hotel management tried to work on all the deficiencies solving them, big check on that.

We went here for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations! The food was amazing! The staff was great at always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. There were multiple options for activities everyday. We had the roof top jacuzzi which I highly recommend, it gives you a nice quite space to get away and relax.

Majestic Mirage provided excellent service during my stay! I thoroughly enjoyed the food and activities. The Spa was the best part! Be prepared to pay extra but know that it is worth it. Bolivar my butler was excellent! Everyone is so kind.

My husband and I are retired and truly enjoy this resort for its convenience and ease of getting around. The restaurants are excellent, and the resort itself is safe, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The staff are friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond. Juan Bernardo took exceptional care of us during the day by the pool. In the evenings, we loved spending time at the lobby bar, where Eusebio, the bartender, crafted amazing cocktails and provided fantastic service. Mornings were always a highlight, enjoying breakfast with an ocean view, and Jency, our server, made every meal feel special. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, Jeffry, our butler, took care of all our needs and questions. He was outstanding, and we would love to have him assist us again on our next visit. We highly recommend this resort!

The pool and beach were great. The food was good but not amazing. The rooms were nice, and clean however had a mildew smell that I noticed in a few areas around the hotel. We loved the entertainment crew and the rest of the staff were amazing as well.

Majestic Mirage was wonderful and our butler Amable was amazing, he found us where ever we were in the resort to provide support and was very responsive. Our swim up room (suite) was beautiful, spacious and had many thoughtful amenities. Service was great, everyone is very friendly and happy to help. This is definitely the best all inclusive of the many that we have visited.

The property is beautiful. The only thing that I would like to see is the check in process improve because it’s horrible. Check-in took more than an hour, although I arrived 4 hours after my check-in. The front desk is slow. Also, when I arrived, my original room was dissatisfying, however, the issue was corrected immediately.
