We would like to extend to you our apology for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay due to the level of service you received. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience in our resort through the hard work and know-how of our associates. It is very important to us that every guest receives this star treatment from our staff and we are sorry to hear you didn’t feel you were treated in this manner. We would like to assure you that we follow a rigorous health, safety, and quality control program regarding our food and beverage preparation and presentation. We have regular external and internal inspectors and monitors assessing our operations to maintain the integrity of our food safety.Regarding the incident you experienced in your room, unfortunately, you made the report two days after it occurred, and being on departure it was not possible to do the investigation at the time, however, I would like to kindly inform you that the investigation was conducted by the security department, but there was no indication of theft.In addition, we have brought your comments to the immediate attention of the Food and Beverage Manager, Security Manager, and Senior Manager for review and improvement. Additionally, we will continue training and developing our associates' work to ensure that they can always satisfy our guests’ expectations.We are very sorry that you have experienced this perception of our resort, we understand that we cannot undo your experience, however, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for the shortfalls you experienced.
