We loved that you had a wrist band for your room, no more worrying about losing your card or disactivationg it by putting it too close to phone. Grounds were beautiful. Staff needs a lesson in customer service. There was a abundance of security. I loved the king sized bed in the room. Shout out to Leandro who went above and beyond.

The hotel was good overall. One thing I did not like was the fact that if you want to party at night there is only one place for a hotel so big and you have to pay for your alcohol.

Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana was absolutely amazing! The resort itself is stunning, with so much to offer for all ages. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We’re already planning to return! The only issue we encountered was the pull-out couch in the family room—it was very uncomfortable and caused some back pain. It would be fantastic if Hard Rock could upgrade these to something more suitable for restful sleep. The food was decent, though not the highlight of our trip. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back for another visit!

I did not like the fact that every single worker we interacted with was lioking for a tip. I have no issue with tipping but if in in the middle of lunch at the buffet you dont have to interrupt me 4x's to inform me that your shift is over and someone else is coming on.

This resort is amazing! It is great for the occasion we were here for, which was a South Asian wedding. For my own personal tastes though, it is excessively huge. I prefer smaller resorts where I don't need to get on a tram to get from one end of the resort to another. Having said that, the staff and service are excellent, food options are good and plenty, and there are no issues with things to keep you busy. Highly recommend for people who like "city-like" resorts.

Could have been better for the money i spent.
Overall it was ok toilet handle was broke sliding divider between bedroom and bathroom would not stay closed . No xbox in the room fridge did not stay cool. Fold out beds were not comfortable. Spa was under construction.

First time staying at the HardRock, and definitely the last. Very Americanized … doesn’t feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Property is insanely big. You need to take a trolley everywhere. Staff around hotel (housekeeping, bar areas, lobby) were not friendly - you must say hello before anyone acknowledges you. Felt like the staff only went out of their way for you if they knew you were tipping. Buffet was mediocre, 1/2 waterslides were under construction, rooms were very nice, restaurants especially the steakhouse was sensational.
