Positive thing is that was a great food. We booked 3 rooms, however one of the rooms the bedding sheet was dirty and in another one the tv wasn’t working properly, rooms smell like mold really bad. Also there are people with pink shirts and you think they are transport thru the resort and they ended up convencing you with lies about a VIP breakfast for the next day courtesy of the hotel which is not truth and they are an agency trying to sell packages for later in other counties, we spent literally 2 hrs with them and they acted mad because we weren’t interested. That really made us irritated cuz we tried to leave and they kept trying. that shouldn’t happen on a resort. Also I request before the trip and during the trip some decor for 2 birthdays and none was done. I’m very disappointed to be honest. Was expecting more costumer service.

The beach area of this resort is its gem, wide, long stretch of well maintained white sand beach. Food and drinks are readily available within the beach front. One can just stay there for hours, swim, relax, stroll, eat and drink or just simply enjoy the fresh sea breeze.

The facility is very clean and nice. Beds in Bungalow were comfortable Getting around on resort was easy. friendly staff and very clean beach. Few mosquitoes but wasn’t uncontrollable, buffet could have been Better more verity of food . Special shout out to French fries truck on the beach was on point. Best fries I ever had. But overall I would stay here again.

There was an issue with a dinner reservation I had made ahead of time and they didn’t find out our information, according to them the time was an earlier time but they had never communicated to us. The information was never provided besides the place was changed as well. Too bad, they had tried to help us by providing us some options to fix the issue but it was too late especially when it was supposed to be a surprise dinner for my in laws, surprise was ruined

The property is large so walking around isn't really an option, say going from one extreme (lobby area where most restaurants, the bigger buffet area and shopping is) to the other (the beach, main pool & several more restaurants) so you have to take a "train" (of golf carts) to get around. The restaurants were good, the buffets were better in that you have such a selection. The staff was very polite but not very knowledgeable about the property. The "burgers" from the food trucks are to be avoided at all cost! The bike tour bikes were in bad condition and could be a hazard if they dont fix them. Some of the servers in the restaurants were too chatty asking too many questions. One even tried to force a review. Overall we had a good time. For the price you pay for the stay, daily room cleaning service and the awesome food, it's well worth it. The room was a bit damp all of the time for whatever reason. The AC wasn't drying the air, perhaps. When I got off of the plane back in NYC and took the hoodie that hung in the room all week out of my bag, it was damp.

Room and bathroom were lovely. Although we did leave a tip everyday it was hit and miss if we got fresh towels and re stock of drinks (we only really drank the water) had to ask for some to be delivered at least 3 times.. Not entirely convinced the room was actually cleaned for the whole 2 weeks we were there. The bed was made up each day. Main swimming pool needs lots of attention. The swim up bar is nice and the bar staff are absolutely lovely but the tiles are coming off all over the pool and its very dirty. Restaurants in general were good. Best was foccachia. Food was never served hot enough and buffet food was cold. Apparently there is a law that allows locals to visit the resorts at subsidised rates so fridays and saturdays were very busy. Beach was absolutely gorgeous.

The property reminds you of golf course living with various activities, restaurants, and amenities. The food wasn’t very flavorful. I reserved a king room, and instead was given a room with two twin beds. Housekeeping wasn’t the best. And the pool kept running out of towels for guests.

Buyer beware!! This place will ruin your vacation. From broken everything in your room to aggressive sales scouts every turn you make trying to sell you unwanted vacation club memberships. The food is terrible in all their buffets. A bit better in their restaurants but good luck trying to make a reservation. I’ve had better food in my high school cafeteria. I wish I can give this place a negative star and the time to write in detail how terrible they made our five days. But I’ll cut this here. By the way bring your own mosquito spray. Not for outside but for inside the room. Each night turned into mosquito killing challenge.
