The property was beautiful, however I did not like that there was such a long walk to the beach. The buffet and dining options could have been better. I did not like that fact that the restaurants booked up quickly and if you did not reserve them as soon as you arrived you were basically out of luck. The entertainment wasn’t all that great but over all it was a good and pleasant experience.

The staff for All areas throughout the resort were spectacular. The food was out of this world. The amount of freshness and variety. I can’t remember going to any resort topping this!!! It was my first time there and it will definitely not be my loss. I will also be recommending this to all my friends and family.

The buffet staff, Victor, Luis, and Alexander went out of their way to make the experience in the buffet always pleasant and memorable, shinning stars of a very proficient and well trained staff. The other outstanding experience was at the Olivo restaurant, Fransisco the head of staff ensures every guest is taken care of, our server Robertico was attentive and very knowledgeable. Those are the only good memories of a 5 day stay. We had issues with the room and the managerial staff at the front desk was awful. Johnfry of the late shift came through with the common sense solution, althought I think he got in trouble for it. Jehnnifer of guest services that everything was taken care of and afterwards we didn't have anymore issues. Sad that a hotel has been run down to the point where everything is mediocre at best.

The resort was beautiful and had a lot of food options. You were also able to easily get to other resorts via walking or golf carts used by the staff. The only downside is that there were black out times where no food was available on the entire resort. For upwards of 2-3 hours

I had an amazing stay at this resort! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the resort itself was spotless. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to keep things exciting. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—special thanks to Isaac Walter, Richard, Ledy, and the entire entertainment team for their warmth and energy. The entertainment was fantastic, with highlights like the white party, foam party, and pottery classes. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. They were more interested in having conversations with themselves than interacting with visitors. Restaurants hours don’t overlap so you an only eat at certain times. The food was ok. I don’t feel like staff communicated very well. They would tell me one thing at one front desk another at the other.

Our server Juan from the Bar at the pool area from building 83 was the most amazing and friendly guy on the whole premise. He should be definitely promoted to the next level. He was a prime example of dedication, excellent customer service and courtesy !! The Greek and Japanese Restaurant really offered poor food choices . There is no quiet area for relaxation and enjoying the Caribbean flair . Very loud resort
