Our stay was very good, and the staff is excellent. I wished the beach area was as nice as the hotel, didn’t spent a day on the beach :(

This place was beautiful, offered many amenities and best of all was the staff! Everywhere I walked around the facility, I was always greeted by employees with a smile and ready to assist.

7 day all-inclusive stay. Best deal, will always elect all inclusive package. Pool bar staff are the best!! Great service. Dining options are well appointed, great food. Not all sites open every day, be aware need reservations for dinner!! They need to update their communications data on which are open what days/times. We went on our 30th anniversary, all dinner sites asked if we were celebrating an event, always told them yes. Got no acknowledgement- Quit asking if you're not going to do anything. Transportation team is awesome and always available to assist. Overall a 4.7 out of 5.

Stuff in general were polite and very helpful, but Juan el pollo gordo and Gabriel at the pool were expetional. Rene and Jimena kept all of us very entrained at the pool, they're also amazing. My biggest complain was having to get up early to make dinning reservations. One moring I woke up super early, waited about 30-40 minutes to be old everything was already booked. If the hotel improves their dinning options and no reservations, I would consider coming back.

First the good, room was fantastic, superb. Pool was amazing. What I didn’t like about the pool area, it had swim up bars and they were overtaken By kids playing… ridiculous that they allow little kids hang out like that at the bar in the pool, took us long to get service, not fun or appropriate . The big complaint is that this is a very high pressure pushy timeshare place , I have a lot to say about that. I will not recommend staying here , you are seen as a $$ and how they can scam you into buying things. Beware. Huge turn off.

Service has gone down. Staff is not very nice and everyone is trying to sell you something-timeshares etc. food was not the best and once again “all inclusive” had options on the menu where you need to pay more to get other items. The nightly rate with the all inclusive isn’t worth it because you could use that money and getting higher quality meals elsewhere.
