The hotel located in a very quiet and central location. Julia (blonde receptionist lady, I might misspell her name) was so nice, helpfull, always there to help. She made our holiday. Housekeeping wasn't really good at all. They didn't leave the amenities for all of us. And cleaning wasn't very good as well. At the end we have been asked to pay for the drinks from the minibar which we haven't drunk. Julia removed them from the bill. We enjoyed our stay. The best thing is if there's a problem all staff were there to help for.

Lovely Roos, nice view

A lovely hotel in a beautifull buildung, nice view to the river and stilish rooms. Not very much in the city center, but close enough to walk. Friendliy stuff.

Nice hotel and good walking distance to everything

The hotel was nice and clean and in a very good location Shurat the porter is a credit to this hotel he couldn't do enough for us This made up for the rude and abrupt female receptionist who greeted us. She needs some training in customer service!!!!!

Very nice, comfortable

Good location, not far to walk to main attractions. Breakfast was a little overpriced and I'd recommend going out - some nice places not much more than a five minute walk. Very happy to assist and pleasant experience on the whole.

Beautiful

Hotel was beautiful, and the food was outstanding, best meal we had in prague, had to get taxies back and forth but didn't mind this as it was a nice quiet area. It is easy to walk to places but we had limited time . Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it

Lovely classic old style hotel

We loved this place, very old work classic, beautiful room overlooking the river and great views over Prague - very peaceful but just a short walk to Charles Bridge and the Old Town.

Sore Feet

The hotel would not offer evening food. One night the bar was closed at 9.30pm for a private party. The receptions staff were helpful but the bar staff were not. The location meant we walked miles every day, as it was 5 Bridges from the Town areas.

Lovely break

The Mamaison hotel is everything we expected. Total amazing,staff were excellent. One of the days we returned from along day of sight seening, to our total amazement, Margareta room supervisior had lead our pyjamas out on the beds. Mamaison was on the quiet side off the river.The bridge was just outside the front door. All the attractions were with in walking distance. A fantastic break!
