I like the breakfast and service and bar staff. Reception is less friendly,but it’s ok. Location is bit far, but is very quiet which we love. Gym is excellent.

Valentine's Day Romantic Break

Pros: I was very clean and not too far from the City centre.
Cons: Email services are a little slow.
Location: 15-20 mins is the city centre. Some very nice bars and restaurants also close by.
The hotel is not to far from the City centre 15-20 mins walk. The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming on arrival and helpful also. As it was Valentine's romantic break i had made some requests for followers, drink and chocolates to be placed in the room before or arrival, which unfortunately that did not total. The bottle of drink and glasses were missing,...little upset. I also went with the room upgrade from standard to executive which I'm not sure we total benefited from the extra expense! We didn't try the breakfast so I cannot comment if it was good or not. However, Our stay in this hotel was very nice.

Quiet Quality Hotel Near To City Centre

Pros: Location was the first thing I liked about this hotel but by the end of the stay it was the staff and there over willingness to help that made it fab
Cons: Not much can be done about the views or ceiling height, but if I was picky put some English tea and milk in the rooms, us brits love our cupper
Location: Location is far enough away to keep the place quiet but close enough to walk or take public transport to the main attractions
Great hotel down a quiet street near to the centre of Prague, you can walk to Wenceslas square within a brisk 25 min or walk 5 min down to the closest tram stop and catch one of the trams close to square that will take you the same amount of time but is a lot easier, The hotel is very plush with all the usual facilities that come with a spa hotel its decorated in artwork that gives it a special feel and is something you don't normally find in a hotel, as you move around you could almost be in a art gallery as the work is displayed through out the corridors dining areas even down to the spa area, we were with friends and booked 2 rooms our room was small but had a bit of a view (not great) but our friends room was slightly larger but the window faced a building approximately 250mm away it let some air in but no light, the rooms had a vaulted ceiling and being tall I did hit my head a few times during my stay as did my friend we did have the most basic rooms in the hotel, it would have been nice to have been offered a different room while checking in as the hotel didn't look that busy and looking at my height they must have known the room would have been a bit of a problem, its a shame as its the only negative from my experience here. The morning breakfast was great, buffet style catering for all, with good quality and quantity you can even get a glass of prosecco if you should fancy one, all the staff were attentive and polite this is what really makes this hotel what it is.

Great hotel in quiet location

Hotel was amazing , buffet breakfast best I have ever had ,hotel in quiet area but within easy reach of everywhere . Spa factuality good .Only a few very little issues mainly around house keeping , cups not replaced 1 day,glasses not replaced another day , on arrival a beer in room with 1 glass and a nice note for me even though 2 of us booked in room. On whole would recommend and would return .

Leider nicht so schön wie gedacht...

Pros: Das Hotel liegt ruhig
Cons: Frühstück!!! und Service...
Das Personal ist gelangweilt und z.T. unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war eine Totalentäuschung und Wellnessbereich nur teilweise nutzbar (Sauna/Whirlpool defekt und abgeschaltet) - und zuletzt dann - trotz einer Woche! in dem Hotel - wird unser Transferdienst am Abreisetag weggeschickt, weil wir angeblich nicht im Hotel wohnen...

Huippuhieno rauhallisella alueella

Pros: Henkilökunta, aamiainen ja sijainti
Hotelli on tasokas ja henkilökunta on super ystävällistä. Ensin tuntui että hotellin sijainti on hieman kaukana keskustasta, mutta ei se oikeasti ollut. Raitiovaunu kulkee ihan vierestä ja metsopysäkille on 700 m. Loppulomasta kävelimme aina hotellille ja takaisin. Kaarlen sillalle matkaa oli 3,5 kilometriä ja Wenceslauksen aukiolle 1,3 km. Iltaisin oli kiva palata hotellin rauhalliseen ympäristöön kaupungin melskeestä. Hotellin sijainti on hieman kun asuisi Helsingin Kaivopuistossa.

Pros: Henkilökunta oli avuliasta, siisti hotelli
Location: Hotelli oli hieman syrjässä, mutta lähistöltä löytyi oma pieni joulutori ja viihtyisä baari
Hotelli sijaistsi metromatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista, joten metro tuli tutuksi
