I had a great stay at the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and even includes a free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

They had several pictures that I thought were pictures of the hotel but I didn’t see any of them when I was there the beds are really hard and the location from hotel to downtown was misleading I thought I was booked right downtown but it was pretty far over a 30 min walk.

I was really impressed with the size of my room it's bigger than my bedroom at home as was the bathroom. The decor is a little dated but it was in keeping with the rest of the hotel. It is however clean, well looked after and comfortable with all of the facilities you'd expect. The staff were both friendly and helpful, the receptionist even printed off my boarding passes for me. The only downside was the taxi I booked through the hotel for my transfer back to the airport turned up late. The driver did however reduce the fare as compensation and did his best to make up the time. Luckily it didn't have any impact on me getting my flight. There is a restaurant shared with the Amigo Hotel next door although I only used it for breakfast. Breakfast was the usual fare of hot and cold food, teas, coffees, juices etc. The location is good. There are a number of restaurants and bars on the same street and there's a metro station less than 10 minutes walk away. Prague isn't short on hotels but if I came back I would consider staying here again.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. 7 minutes walk to the tram stop. 10 minutes walk to the National Museum. Could do with new carpet and no charges for tea & coffee in the room. But all in all we had a great stay and would stay here again if we return to Prague.

It is very clean, room is big and comfort to stay. Washroom is big, show good, air condition great. They also offer kettle for water drink. WIFI great. The lady in front desk also helped me to print out the ticket. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Great hotel in a nice a part of Prague. It's close to the tram and metro, so getting around the city is very easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel
We stayed in Alqush for 4 nights, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even it is on the main street but inside the room is very quiet. Location is very convenient, close to metro and within walking distance to old town/new town. Our room is very roomy and clean.

The room was a good size for my wife and I to navigate. The corner room had two large windows which allowed the sun to blaze into the room. Morning breakfast table was well stocked with a variety of food to satisfy most guests. Wi-fi was intermittent.

I rated this hotel very LOW because this hotel charges instant coffee and tea in the room. In hundreds of hotels i have stayed, coffee and tea were always complimentary and no hotel charges tea and coffee in the room. I exchanged my complaint through several emails and a phone call. The hotel said it is in the registration card and never reversed the charge. So every guest be aware this hotel charges instant tea and coffee in the room 2 euros per bag.
