This is a 3-star hotel at best. Can’t open a window, no ventilation anywhere in the hotel. Food was bad, beer expensive.

Not our first time there and definitely not the last time. Friendly staff, nice area, very convenient, and family friendly. I wish they would renovate the rooms more though, but in general it is a very nice hotel.

Our room was very clean and it was such a pleasant stay. As far as our view, the only drawback was the large sand pile which took away from the view of the water.

Great location for exploring the town
Overall very good - great location for walking into the town, very comfortable, and the Staff are super friendly. The only issue was that our windows were not at all clean on the outside so it made it difficult to see the view. Otherwise, would highly recommend for a visit to Portsmouth.
