They should definitely not use beige carpet in a hotel. It looked absolutely filthy. The hotel itself is presented well, however, the beds are extremely hard. We had advised them our air was not working in the room and it took on the third of our fourth night Stay for them to come and claim it was not working and moved us to another room, which was extremely inconvenient. It is also a 15 minute Uber ride downtown. I will pass on staying here again. Definitely not five star.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Porto!
Excellent Hotel! Great Location not too far out of town perfect for travelling into the centre if needed, very comfortable, wonderful breakfast, really enjoyed the swimming pool and hotub! all the staff are very helpful and welcoming! I enjoyed that the hotel was not too central as there were other places i wanted to go other than the center of the city. Would happily stay again!

This property is lovely, we stayed for two nights. Unfortunately there was a problem with our air conditioning. They did try fixing it both days but it did not work. We were unable to sleep it was so warm. We were not offered a different room and when mentioned again at checkout there wasn’t even an apology.

I recently stayed at this hotel expecting a four-star experience, but it was far from that. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with stained carpets, damaged walls, chipped furniture, and torn curtains. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable for the price and rating. To make things worse, when we raised these concerns with reception, we were told that groups are prioritized over individual guests like us, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The service was slow and the experience did not meet expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both the room quality and their approach to customer service.
