We were told at 9pm on the way to Porto that the hotel was overbooked. We were moved to a sister hotel in a completely different area and style of hotel. This was completely unacceptable.

The location couldn’t have been better- very walkable to many attractions and easy access to metro. The staff were all very welcoming and helped arrange an earl transport to the airport as well as printing boarding passes.

Conviently placed so most sites are walkable. 5 mins to nearest metro. Hotel is nice. Standard room fairly small. Mattress quite hard which suited me but maybe not for everyone. Only drawback was shower pressure fairly low and bathroom floor very slippery when wet. Overall however good central hotel for a break in Porto.

Perfect
We were met by the manager and the concierge escorted to our room and gave an overview of anything we might need. They had lovely dinner reservation suggestions as well as places to visit. Would highly recommend this hotel as well as location.

Your site indicated that our room would have a French balcony w/ French doors that we could open. But we only got 2 windows and neither opened. Sad to say, this is not the first time your site provided us with incorrect information.

Our second visit here. The one thing that stood out was the doorman Frederick. He was always very helpful and was so pleasant to be around. Whether it was holding the door open or if I was having trouble getting a location on my phone for Uber he would always kindly help my husband and I.
