But between your local adventures, guests of this townhouse can relax indoors in central air-conditioning. Enjoy cooking together in the kitchen equipped with full-size appliances and stone countertops, and helpful extras like a coffee maker/Keriug machine. Or, cook up something really tasty on the private gas grill. Each bedroom is on its own floor in the townhouse. The main bedroom features a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Guests will be able to enjoy access to both the shared pool during their stay.

Great Condo - Attack of the Ants
Condo was great but has a major ant problem. Can’t leave food out for more than 5 mins. Short on accessories also. But other than that, everything else was great. Easy access to beach and pool.

Really nice place. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. My only disappointment has nothing to do with the house. There are so few places to eat or buy groceries in Mexico Beach I had to travel to Port St Joe for almost everything. So I’d probably just stay there next time.

Nice House!
House was great, clean and updated! Kitchen is well equipped for basic meals at the house. There were a few things that were unexpected with the house. We wish there were hangers/more hangers, the one bedroom had a few but the other had no hangers at all in the closet. When we used the washer it was super super noisy during the spin cycle because there’s a large dent in the side of the washer. We were also very disappointed to find out that the king room balcony wasn’t available for us to use due to unknown issues. Also the pool that is in between all the units wasn’t heated, it was unusably cold. Overall it was a great experience, the house is in a good location just a short walk to the white sand beaches. We will be back to the area for sure!

Gorgeous property close to the beach
This place is so well decorated and very clean! This property was more than big enough for 4 adults. There are some stairs, so be prepared for that. I loved that there were separate thermostats for the upstairs bedroom and the main living room space because typically bedrooms on the top floors can get warm-but this place was great!! It’s on the “beach side” of 98, less than a block to the beach. You can see a sliver of the ocean from the back porch. The pool is very nice and clean. We stayed off-season and were the only ones in the pool the whole week we were there. It’s also less than a block to the Marina store and Shell Shack where we got some great Mexico Beach things! The only thing I didn’t love was that the back porch/pool area is pretty close the the properties behind us and I felt weird about leaving the curtains open because everyone can see in each others condos.
