This beautiful newly renovated town house is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the island of Mallorca in Pollença.

This flat for four people has an excellent location. It has a spacious terrace with two comfortable sun loungers where you can relax and a table where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue during the magical summer nights.

Its bright living-dining room with open kitchen directly to the dining room are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wifi (fibre) and all the necessary appliances during your stay.
It has 2 carefully decorated and elegant bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace. The house has a bathroom with shower and a toilet. For longer stays, the single room can be converted into an office if required.

A very smart apartment in a delightful location

Pollença is a charming town and the apartment is very smart, just on the edge of the historical centre, but in a peaceful location. It is very well-equipped and the roof terrace has lovely views over the Transmuntana and down to the sea. There is a good local shop just round the corner and the town centre with many bars and restaurants is an easy ten minutes walk away. Five more minutes take you to the bus stop for the Port and beaches and beyond to Alcuida. You can also get buses to Palma and Soller. Parking is limited in the town but there is plenty round the edges.

Superb

Ideal property for a family of four adults. The property was spotless and met all our needs. Great part of the beautiful town of Pollensa which we’ve visited many times - easy walk to the town centre plus handy local grocery store. Would definitely go back.

Modern interior in old part of this fantastic town

Recently modernised interior to a very high standard. The property was all that we had hoped and then some more. Rooms very clean, comfortable and everything you could need for a wonderful week. Located in a quiet residential area not far from the town main square and close to excellent restaurants. A large and very comfortable sun terrace, plus a smaller one off one of the double bedrooms. Local Agents very helpful and overall a fantastic property.

Pollenca Town

Very nicely kitted out with new equipment and furniture. Nice quiet neighbourhood in a lovely old Mallorcan town with plenty of restaurants and little shops. Could do with a small proper stepladder as top shelves very high and middle shelves high too. Could do with a welcome pack with say , toilet rolls, cleaning paper, small bars of soap and a jiffy cloth (Only cost a few Euros). Add a simple guide to TV, Waste disposal & short guide to restaurants and shops. If you want a quiet location in a lovely old town with nice walking & interesting roads its ideal.

Ein ruhig gelegenes, komfortables und schönes Appartment, nahe zum Zentrum von Pollenca

Wir haben mit 3 Personen unseren Aufenthalt in Pollenca und in dem Appartment genossen. Bei der insgesamt geschmackvollen Ausstattung können ein paar Details noch verbessert werden: Es gibt keine Garderobe, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern, genau 2 Klopapierrollen und 2 Spülmaschinentabs für 5 Tage. Dafür eine große Terasse mit schönem Blick für das Frühstück und den Tag ausklingen lassen.

sehr empfehlenswert

ein neu saniertes altes Stadthaus mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Pollensa in sehr guter Lage. Viel Sonne auf den Terrassen und herrliche Aussichten. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und hervorragende Sauberkeit. Wir konnten uns nicht wohler fühlen. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung mit bestem Gewissen. Sehr gerne werden wir diese Unterkunft erneut buchen.
